There was snow and almost all businesses in town shut down for over day. Except the clock museum - worth the visit.

Breakfast had a nice large variety but the room was very cold. The coffee was excellent. Building had a nice vintage charm

Accommodations are always great, clean, comfortable. But the best asset at the Country Inn is the employees. Sweet, kind and helpful. Food in restaurant was also excellent as was the waitress who we had both nights when we were there was excellent and very friendly and helpful in so many ways. We love it here.

I prefer a little softer beds, but these were still comfortable.

I love the area, we have been coming to this town for a long time, first time staying at the Inn though. Great historic and cute hotel. The Inn resturant has great food at reasonable prices. The breakfast was great too we had the brie stuffed french toast which was amazing. The staff were all nice.

The staff were very nice and helpful, and the accommodations were very clean. The main building in the Inn had a great little sitting room and game tables.

We reported on Sunday morning that the toilet was very slow flushing, and needed attention. When we got back to the room Sunday evening, nothing had been done, and there was no maintenance staff to help. We had to go to the front desk and pick up a plunger ourselves and return it when we were done. When we ate in the pub Saturday night, we sat between 5 and 10 minutes with no one appearing to wait on us. When the waitress finally showed up, she pretended that she helping us out by taking our order, implying that the other servers were lazy.

Our rooms were in a separate building which (while comfortable) were a little dated in terms of the decoration and furnishings.

A historic hotel which has a restaurant, bar, spa, gift shop attached. The communal areas in the lobby were relaxed and decorated with interesting historic items and the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. Parking was plentiful and easy. The bar served a good range of beers and food. Breakfast in the restaurant was particularly good for both services and food. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The hotel is well located to the other shops and attractions in Berkeley Springs.

Parking is challenging. Between the restaurant and event center, it was tough. Although the room itself was spacious, the bathroom was VERY tight. Wish the door swung out instead of in. Shower curtain liner was "mildewey." But I think they are in every single hotel I have ever stayed.

I loved being in the heart of Berkley Springs and walkable to all local attractions in the business district. Staff went above and beyond. We were booked for one night halfway to another destination. However, our next night's plan was canceled so we wanted to book a second night at the Inn. They put us right in. Did not have to move rooms and at the same rate as the first, no gauging. Rooms were mostly updated and spacious. I love the long bench in the room for bag elevation and shoe stowing beneath.
