Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesI did not like that we had to pay for parking, that was the only inconvenience we had, it wasn't expensive because we only stayed one night but for someone staying an entire week or weekend it just another thing to pay for that you didn't expect.
We were upgraded to a bigger room and the room was so nice I loved it my partner doesn't usually like to stay in hotels, but he said if he has to, he would like to come back to this hotel!

MexicoSometimes the room smelled as someone was smoking tobacco and/or weed. Also we found funny that the shower walls are made of crystal. Not a problem for my wife and I but maybe to consider if you are staying with friends.
The staff was great and so kind. The room was also great. Location was excellent with a line of Metro really near. There weren't as many homeless people around the hotel as other reviews said. Oh, also the staff was so nice that they gave us a gift for our anniversary.

AustriaThe only thing that could be improved is cleaning. Everything else was perfect. Nothing else to point out.
The hotel and personnel were perfect. The room was great, the breakfast was amazing, the stuff was very helpful and friendly. The cleaning was once in 2 days, which could be something concerning for some people, but we were perfectly fine with it.

United StatesHotel is located at nice location. It is close to West Hollywood as well as Beverly Hills. The only concern I have is for parking because you have to pay $55 per night for valet parking.

United StatesGood location, reasonable price. Strange rooms. Shower separated from room by clear class wall. Forget privacy while you shower. You will be on display as if you were in a fish tank. Otherwise, room was fine. Good restaurant downstairs.

United StatesParking. The parking lot was expensive, the valet even more so. If I stayed longer than a couple of days, I would have found somewhere else to park. My room was also near the elevators which is great except for hearing the staff talking loudly several times especially early in the morning.
The location is amazing. We were able to walk to multiple locations easily. Had we stayed longer, we could have visited a ton of LA staples. The diner in the lobby was amazing for a quick bite and the food was delicious. Our room was plainly decorated but had beautiful city views and a large enough tub for two. If the price was right, I'd definitely stay here for a more luxurious trip in LA without spending a ton of extra cash.

United StatesThe bed wasn't super comfortable. The bathroom plumbing didn't drain well, though it was fixed during my stay. The walls seemed very thin. I could hear a lot of noise from other rooms and the restaurant while I was in my room.
The hotel was close to the convention center, which is where I needed to be.

United Statesabsolutely hated the platform bed. Dangerous in the night. And no reason for it. Not enough towel hooks in the bathroom. Appreciate the minimalism in design, but function, baby, function! didn't need to have a key you had to turn for an empty fridge.
loved the bed loved the big room. and nearby ice was the top thing! loved the bar/lounge but wished you could order breakfast there. LOVED having a safe.

United KingdomReception staff friendly, room was spacious and clean. Room service was very slow, was often having to call the restaurant 5-10 times before they would pick up. Very dodgy area at night time, close to the metro so easy to get around but avoid night time.

United KingdomShowers did not go hot enough. Room cleaned once during a 3 night stay. Restricted towels. Room service stopped early and didn’t work. Small portions sizes in the restaurant.
Really good staff. Both on the front desk and in the restaurant. Securely stored luggage after checking out until we needed to head to the airport.

AustraliaExpensive, and car parking is expensive. Pillows too hard and high, not very comfortable. Also super weird bathroom, shower and bed are separately with one glass wall. Not so great if you want to share a room with family/friends, or if you don't want to see your partner use the toilet.
Lovely room. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was lovely inside. Parking was good, self parking is $30 a night, but you can't move your car, so good if you plan on staying in. The bar and restaurant were also good. Stayed here to catch a show in Downtown LA, good location, but wouldn't recommend you go for a walk around the neighbourhood. Expensive but pretty good price for LA.

Hotel is conveniently located and very quiet! Besides ride shares , Metro station , if needed is couple of blocks away. Theaters, concert hall, and museums are walking distance . My room was spacious and comfortable . Room had all necessities and even a small refrigerator . Hotel has a diner which I used one of the nights but, there are other options of the restaurants next to the property . Personal was friendly and very responsive when I requested an electrical kettle for the room or change of towels .
