We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

We stayed at The Delphi six months ago and had a great experience so we were very happy to return on this trip when we were passing through the city. The staff were excellent, so helpful and efficient. The facilities are great and the room was very comfortable. Thank you for another enjoyable stay!

We weren't aware of this till we arrived at the hotel.The Booking .com website only mentioned 100$ (without "per day" in the hotel description).After some discussion we managed to get some reduction of half the deposit for 1 room...) There also seemed some issues when we tried to pay with our bank cards.Only 1 seemed of them seemed to be accepted; a bit strange since we had no problems with our cards elsewhere during our 14days' stay in LA and San Fransisco... No coffee/tea facilities in the room Glass division between shower and bedroom.For us no problem since we had a room each. Simply fixing some window film could solve the problem...

Probably not under the hotel's control but would have gladly rated hotel higher if the route from metro station leading to hotel wasn't smelly of urine and the many homeless in the vicinity asking for money or acting like crazy were not around.
