We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location of the Hotel is awesome, basically everything is in walking distance. The beds are super comfy and the rooms are small but very nice and modern.

United StatesOur room was extremely small, however we didn't need much space. There was no closet, and we found hanging space and hangers on a rod mounted above a small fridge (fridge was an unexpected bonus). There were very few usable drawers, however we made it work just fine. The only negative for us really was a little dog that was next door. The owner was out for the evening and didn't return until about 11:45. The pup whined a good bit and barked some and thus it was difficult to get to sleep. Thankfully this lasted just one night. We did call the front desk and asked them to notify the occupant of the adjacent room and they said they did. But at the time, there was really nothing much they could do to quiet the pup. (And I know he/she was little, because we saw him/her the next morning.). None of these things however diminished our enjoyment too terribly much.
Excellent location, very clean and comfortable and extremely helpful staff. Very close to some nice breakfast places and other eating establishments.

NetherlandsThe bar is closed, would be nice to have an on-prem breakfast or a coffee and snack to wind down in the afternoon or evening.
Clean rooms, trendy decorated, the bed is super comfy, room is not too big but space enough to store 2 big suitcases. Mini fridge is a plus. Various subway stations within walking distance. 2 blocks away from Briant Park. and last but not least, the staff is super friendly & helpful.

We spent 3 days in this structure, to visit New York, with chek in at an unusual time (at 2 am) a reception is available 24/24. Mohamed was there to welcome us and immediately made himself available for any requests. The camera looked exactly like in the picture. clean, tidy and well furnished. The following days he gave us addresses where we can have lunch and breakfast with related reviews. Thank you.

Outdoor patio area was nice. Ice water was available in the lobby which we welcomed after coming in from the heat. Staff was touching up base board trim with paint in the lobby. Shows that maintenance and upkeep of facilities is a part of their operations. Staff was friendly and responsive to requests for extra towels, pillows and room supplies.
