The central A/C was very loud in our room, so sleeping without earplugs was not possible.

The location of the Hotel is awesome, basically everything is in walking distance. The beds are super comfy and the rooms are small but very nice and modern.

Staff not very friendly and the hotel is a bit too far from the subway (10 mins walk). room was too small with no space for luggages.

Perfect spot if you want to visit NY. close to Empire and Times Square, Koreantown just 3/4 blocks off. room was quiet at night (19th floor) with a nice view

Our room was extremely small, however we didn't need much space. There was no closet, and we found hanging space and hangers on a rod mounted above a small fridge (fridge was an unexpected bonus). There were very few usable drawers, however we made it work just fine. The only negative for us really was a little dog that was next door. The owner was out for the evening and didn't return until about 11:45. The pup whined a good bit and barked some and thus it was difficult to get to sleep. Thankfully this lasted just one night. We did call the front desk and asked them to notify the occupant of the adjacent room and they said they did. But at the time, there was really nothing much they could do to quiet the pup. (And I know he/she was little, because we saw him/her the next morning.). None of these things however diminished our enjoyment too terribly much.

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable and extremely helpful staff. Very close to some nice breakfast places and other eating establishments.

The bar is closed, would be nice to have an on-prem breakfast or a coffee and snack to wind down in the afternoon or evening.

Clean rooms, trendy decorated, the bed is super comfy, room is not too big but space enough to store 2 big suitcases. Mini fridge is a plus. Various subway stations within walking distance. 2 blocks away from Briant Park. and last but not least, the staff is super friendly & helpful.

Super staff, front desk manager was very attentive and provided a lemon when requested for my sore throat, and house keeping provided extra towels in no time when requested.

The pleat cafe was not functional during our stay so I feel like we should’ve been advised that it wasn’t . The rate per night was high. Needed more space for luggage to sit in the room (not on floor)

Housekeeping is upon request which is good. But one day the did not come even if we asked for it.

We spent 3 days in this structure, to visit New York, with chek in at an unusual time (at 2 am) a reception is available 24/24. Mohamed was there to welcome us and immediately made himself available for any requests. The camera looked exactly like in the picture. clean, tidy and well furnished. The following days he gave us addresses where we can have lunch and breakfast with related reviews. Thank you.

Room was small.

Outdoor patio area was nice. Ice water was available in the lobby which we welcomed after coming in from the heat. Staff was touching up base board trim with paint in the lobby. Shows that maintenance and upkeep of facilities is a part of their operations. Staff was friendly and responsive to requests for extra towels, pillows and room supplies.

The first room was quite, the minimum size and cleaned. The problem was that it Had a water leak in the bathroom ceiling. We were changed room and it was smaller But the quality was good. Thanks for being so attentive and courteous.
