I could hear the people next to me, but other than that, it was an amazing stay. Low flush toilet was annoying.

Great location. It’s steps from the Metro, cool shops, food, bookstore. Farmer’s Market on Sunday is a block away. Room was spacious and very clean. Loved the Pembroke for breakfast. Room service was awesome, fries were delicious and hot. Front desk had free water at check in. A nice surprise was the turndown service. I was totally spoiled by staff during my visit. Slippers, sewing kit, high end soaps and toiletries.

The only thing we didn't like was how the bathroom was set up, the door to the toilet and shower that didn't allow for much privacy and it was impossible to turn the shower on without getting your arm soaked.

Very friendly and attentive hotel staff. The room was nice and comfortable. There was a bar and restaurant downstairs and a Starbucks right across the street. The metro was also a short 2-3 minute walk, right off Dupont Circle.

Hotel was able to do early check in for us at 7am with no extra payment! The room was clean and pretty and staff was very helpful! We really enjoyed our stay.

One Bellman, with the Detect Colombo coat, seems to be to old or to weak. When loading the luggages from our room, my wife had to help him, because he wasn't able to do it, I was downside, waiting with our car. Same, I had to load myself because he wasn't able to carry most of our luggage. When check in a younger bellman, in a very good coat helped us with luggage. The Concierge send us to a Restaurant for our 15th Wedding Anniversary. We where really disapointed, and came back to the Pembroke (Hotel Restaurant) and had a nice Diner.

Everything was verry good. DC is a bit challenging with your own car.

The coffee counter was only Mon to Friday. The menus in the restaurant were for a high end palette and did not cater for the middle of the road person or in my case the fussy eater and oddly did not open on the Sunday night.

Room was excellent if a little compact for a superior room. Veryclean, beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good but expensive. Location was OK but my sister is a Breast cancer survivor and was not up to the 20min walk to downtown and then start a day of sight seeing so hindsight is a great thing and I should have booked a hotel downtown. Staff were excellent.

Bar table service can be slow at times, not always.

Super staff and great location. You can get to all the main sites very close. The room was lovely and the toiletries were top class. The bed is pretty soft which might not suit everyone. Overall a great choose for a D.C. stay.

Excellent service from the minute we arrived at the dupont. Cortez on front desk was superb and Andrew the barman was also very good. The room was clean and amenities were an excellent standard. The location was ideal for exploring the city.

Some minor issues in the room took a minute to fix - water wasn't warm at first, for instance. But they were indeed fixed. The bar is expensive.

On site coffee shop was expensive but there are plenty of options off site.

The location was perfect for us, we strolled to the monuments in one direction and the zoo in the other! Bars and coffee shops, bakeries and a CVS on the doorstep. Staff were lovely and our room was spacious (we had an accessible room). The gym was super too. Very comfy beds and quiet. Couldn’t have been happier!

There was minimal room for luggage in our room, including to place even one suitcase to unpack.

The staff were exceptional, both in reception and particularly at the restaurant, Pembroke’s. We particularly enjoyed the female maître d’ (mornings), and the wonderfully warm and positive breakfast service from Michel. Our room was also meticulously maintained.
