We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The staff. Every member of staff said hello, good morning etc with warmth and welcome. We were walked to the station, loaned metro cards, had more than pass time conversations with staff on the front desks. That’s just for starters. The beds/bedding were superb. The smell as you enter is a specially made aroma which unfortunately you can not buy. Worth potion for a sniff! The bar is chic, serving good food and the overall price is value for money. I would definitely use a Doyle’s hotel again.

He never texted me so i came back a few hours later and he clearly new he had made a mistake so he gave me a free breakfast and a free cocktail in the bar. People make mistakes, its only human, but to recognize those mistakes and make up for it is rare. so much easier to pretend it never happened, so kudos to him

United StatesSomething about the air quality in the hotel triggered my allergies. I really needed an air purifier. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room the first day, but came promptly when we called for service and every other day after that.
The location is perfect! There’s 2 restaurants and a limited 24/7 menu for convenience. Heated floors. Staff is great!
