United StatesThe room was quite noisy, with a constant humming sound. There were also some small details I expected to be better for a hotel of this caliber: the bathroom amenities could have been of higher quality, there was no bathrobe provided, and the lounge chairs by the pool were very uncomfortable. The pantry offerings were underwhelming, and despite informing the staff about our broken coffee machine, it was never replaced. While these issues weren’t major, they were enough to prevent me from giving a perfect rating.
We love the hotel! the ambience is just awesome. Clean, spacious, so much to see and to discover. We'll be back soon.

I feel that people staying at the hotel should have priority (reservations) to eat at the restaurants, instead of having to wait for 1-2 hours while people not staying there flood the restaurants. 4 & 5 star hotels need to have much higher standards for their guests than to have them left waiting for an absurd amount of time in a crowded lobby.

CanadaWould love to have been told the location of the pool when we first checked in. Also, the food at the pool dining was all out of date my salad was rotten on the bottom. When I made the reservation I was asked if I had any special request, I asked if I could have a birthday card in the room for my daughter as the stay at your hotel was her birthday gift. There was no card, I understand not all requests can be accommodated but a reply back letting me know it could not be accommodated would have been appreciated.
The location was great! Love the text option for if we need anything and to keep us informed of events happening on the property. We had a room that overlooked the arena and the view was amazing!!

The room was clean, clean! The hotel is simply classy! The workers were nice, but not super personable... Some were dry nice. The room missing a microwave held back one star on the rating since it's the holidays and we couldn't warm up our leftovers. Maid service forgot to refill our Kleenex and lotion. Overall, the decor, the ambiance, and the spacing in the hallways from one room to the next was simply amazing! Wish they had more to do on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day though.
