I really cannot think of anything that I didn't like. I just can't complain about anything.

Clean, ,comfortable, well maintained, and friendly service. Walking distance to get something to eat. Easy to get in and out of, plenty of parking. I was just really impressed with this place . Plus very reasonably priced.

On this trip, for the 1st time, the housekeeping staff was really assertive about getting me out of the room so they could clean it. However, the manager called my room and totally took me off the hook. The only negative thing I could say is that the coffee packets are nasty. 😉

Everything! The room is lovely and clean, the amenities are good and the location is wonderful and so is the price. The manager actually knows me and recognized me because I'm a frequent customer. She even gave me her card so that if I have trouble getting a booking online, she could see if they have something anyway. 😁

I paid for 2 days the same person from the office called my phone during day one check out to tell me it was checkout time until I informed her I paid for 2 rooms and she was the person that helped me the room blankets had stains and a very weird smell the toilet did not flush room service went into our room minutes after we left and went through our belongings we were not comfortable at all there were tweakers in the facility and around the facility we did not feel safe at all 0 out of 10 stars

The pillows were aweful! The toilet/shower was super small. No lid ob toilet. Poor picture quality on tv. Right at a very busy intersection.

The waterpreassure was good and the wi-fi was okay. Temperature control was good.

the bath plug wouldn’t stay up so I couldn’t enjoy a bubble bath but who in their right mind takes a bubble bath at a motel?

Exceptionally clean and so adorable. staff were lovely, dedicated and friendly. I got so drunk on hard seltzer at the Sharks game on our first night that I had to spend an entire day recovering in our motel room. therefor I can comfortably state is was a lovely clean and cozy space - even for an entire 24 hours.

There is no breakfast offered, but it's San Jose, so there are plenty of places to find food. We really didn't find anything that we don't like about the Flamingo. The price for an extra day would normally be on the high side, but as I said, we were able to negotiate on that, so we were happy we could stay another day.

The people who run the front office are very nice. We were able to secure an additional night's stay, and they were willing to negotiate on the price even though it was for a Saturday night. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, and the heating was more than adequate for a chilly rainy night. The rooms have nice crown molding, textured walls, and an arched doorway into the bathroom. Overall, we could tell by the appearance that the place was well-cared-for. It felt secure also, we didn't feel like it was in a bad area. It is close to major San Jose arteries, as well as near Santa Clara and Campbell. My wife and I have stayed here before and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an affordable, centrally-located place to stay in San Jose.

Room was great and very clean. Great location, walking distance from multiple restaurants and neat shops. Love the kitschy look and theme of the hotel. Will absolutely stay here again if I return to the area in the future
