Walk up rack rate was rather expensive, after shopping online I got the same room for a lot less for the 2nd nite.

Very nice hotel, clean and very comfortable bed. I stayed another night than originally planned. Restaurant/bar onsite. Convenient to I-84. Stanziato's restaurant 30 secs by car was fantastic. Free parking.

They had no ice, when I asked where I could get ice they told me the local gas station up the street. The ticks are very bad on our dogs.

The alarm clock had the wrong time and it did not have instructions on how to set the time, only how to set the alarm. The walk iin shower had the door removed and replaced with a shower curtain. The floor of the shower was extremely slippery for some reason.

The breakfast could have been a bit more seasoned. Everything else was great so this small thing did not hinder our stay.

I loved that the front desk staff were polite. This was our little honeymoon/hubby's birthday weekend and the staff made it an incredible experience. I loved that the location was right off the highway and convenient to get to. I absolutely adore boutique hotels because they make you feel at home. I called a few days earlier to inquire about the room and the woman who answered the phone had great customer service. When we arrived they had upgraded our room and made some finishing touches to the suite that fit the special moment. I would definitely go back.

The fireplace was not on when I got back in the evening from a late meeting. Not a serious gripe. The hot tea was good with or without the fire

I can't think of anything that would improve this stay. We would stay here again anytime. Very, very nice stay.

Our room was clean, quiet and spacious. Every staff person was very friendly and helpful. The property was very nicely decorated for Halloween and the decorations moved around during the night. We had a wonderful stay with no complaints what so ever. We even left a bag behind at checkout. The bag was found, we were given a call and the bag was shipped to us the same day.
