United StatesReserved a room for 3 adults - king suite w pull out couch. Couch mattress had no linens . When arriving at approx 12:45AM we wanted to go to bed but then had to wait for the front desk to bring linens to the room. King mattress was SO UNCOMFORTABLE, springy & creaked and cracked every time you moved. Hotel overall was clean but the pool was green, cloudy, and had a layer of slime all over the bottom. Possible manager, was RUDE and nasty. Had an attitude and was cursing and complaining in front of customers in the main lobby.
The front desk staff was pleasant.

United StatesThe bed was warped horribly, the pillows were heavy and there was one hard and one soft, the bed creaked every time you moved, the heater sounded like a jet plane, and i reserved a room that was NOT accessible because we do not have a bathtub in our house and thought a soak would be a nice treat for the holiday but nope only a shower, no microwave in the room, shower drain was rusty, and Christmas night they locked us out of the room because they messed up our reservation and had to go all the way to the desk around the other side of the building to get back in. Not happy or impressed at ALL! Will never stay again!!!!

United StatesWe arrived after 11pm and we were tired and just wanted to go to bed. We've stayed here before and had a good experience. This time there was a distinct smell of cigarette smoke in the room. I called the front desk and let them know immediately - they offered to come up and check /spray. We opened the window and turned up the a/c fan and just dealt with it. It's a shame as we generally like the place- but at these prices the room should not have been made available.
The location is convenient and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

United StatesThe room service. I was expecting to see the room cleaner coming to the room every day to change bath towels and bed covers and take out the trash like in other hotels.
The breakfast was Ok; however, it was the same thing every day, and the location was small. It will be a good idea to add more options for breakfast, for example, eggs, fruit salad, etc.

United Statesonly downfall was around 9pm we tried to go to the pool but the water was way too cold for us, the pool being one of the reasons we booked this hotel but realistically, it wasn’t a huge deal and we were very pleased otherwise.
