Finding the rooms was a bit difficult. The showers in both bathrooms were kind of dirty. I think the room could’ve been a little cleaner.

Second time staying here. Great time for the kids, the waterpark was fun! Room space was great and having a kitchen/washer and dryer always a plus when traveling with kids. Room wasn’t as clean as it should. Now they charge extra if you need housekeeping service or even extra clean towels. Lady at the front desk didn’t seem like she wanted to be at work that day.

The hotel was nice and very clean outside Checking in was very easy, but finding the room needed a little bit more information and it needed something nice in the hallways and the floors were falling apart and screws were coming out of the floor so that was kind of a turn off. in the rooms. You didn’t have enough blankets so if someone needed to sleep on the sofa they had nothing but sheets for the bed You guys didn’t have enough pool towels for seven people No one came in on the second day to clean the trash so we had bags of trash in our room When asking for directions everyone we asked that worked at the place said they didn’t know how to help us find the place so they were no help

Not all pools were heated. They do not have regular house keeping, you are to wash your own towels and purchase your own detergent (only a small box was provided for 7 people). Pullout couch did not have blankets or pillows. Rattling Noises in master bedroom coming from above suite in the night time. No hand soap in the bathroom. You have to pay for parking.

Having to pay to park and no room service

The shower door did not close properly and water would get on the floor while showering. There were not enough towels and calling the front desk to ask for more was a feat. One of my family members had to go to the front desk to ask for towels and was required to show my ID, I feel that was a bit much for towels. Two of the TVs were not working, the maintenance staff arrived quickly to fix them but we had to call the next day to have one of the TVs fixed AGAIN.

The faucet would not stop running water even all the way turned off it was fixed 2 days after we arrived i advised the staff the night we arrived also The floor was leaking causing some brown rust like water to seep through the tile I had to keep a towel on the floor

This resort is beautiful! It was great to have more than a hotel room and there is so much to do that our kids could move from one thing to another without getting bored. It was a long walk from our building to the water park for our 3 year old. The dryer in our room didn’t work well at all but otherwise was great! Would be helpful to stock the rooms with a broom. By the time we left we had little crumbs everywhere but didn’t want to pay the additional fee for housekeeping. The only other issue we had was the lady that checked us in was as far from welcoming as you could be. She offered no information about the resort and gave us about a ten second instruction of where to park, what door to go in and the rest was ours to figure out.

Condo was great and well equipped, beds were comfortable. Grounds were beautiful and pools/ water park were fun. Price per night was good but we felt nickle and dimed for everything else.

I didn’t like that they didn’t clean and if they did we were charged. Something’s that were supposed to to be in the room were not. I also didn’t like how far it was from Disney and other attractions.

I love that it offered condos. It was spacious and comfortable for my family of 5. I love that there are lots of things to do. The grounds were beautiful and kept up nicely.

The restaurant on site was terrible. There was a truck loading at my window every morning at 5am which was disrupting my sleep. I didnt paid to go on vacation only to be waken up by their staffs.

The place was clean and front desk and vallet was nice. I love the safari Lazy river and pool area. The hotel was located close to many theme park. There was an er 6 mins away and walmart 11 mins away. The kitchen was equipped with everything to cook and the master bathroom was divine.

The pool seating was terrible. Also, they need to stock the lake. They’re only catching about three fish a week but charging $20 per person to fish. It’s a total rip off.

Unfortunately it wasn't as clean as last time we stayed. There was hair in the shower and a dirty tissue under the sofa. There wasn't as many accessories in the apartment as last time such as no sweeping brush. Finally the room was not furnished as in the pictures. We had an older apartment and lots of the furniture was dated.

I like the privacy of the apartments. You can throw yourself into the hotel experience or keep yourself to yourself depending on what you like. The apartments are a good size for big families.

Our room did not have the approriate number of towels for the number of people staying in the room. We had to request more pool and bath towels. The pull out couch did not have sheets or blankets or pillows again had to request more and by the time we noticed it was late and the desk said they would send some up. We waited for awhile before going to bed and didn't get the sheets. Upon waking up in the morning the sheets were outside the door in a bag (no one ever knocked or notified us that they were delivered). The closet in the master suite which was attached to the bathroom the carpet was wet all week as if the shower were leaking but we never saw water on the floor near the shower.

The location was good to get to attractions within 30 minutes. The pool and water park were good. The staff at the water park were very nice. The staff member Eric at the Wave Rider was awesome with the kids.

I really enjoyed my stay! I wish that they had family karaoke every night. That was the highlight of the trip for the kids!
