I loved my room! It was spacious and the bathroom was huge. There is no front desk, so you will get all acces codes the day of your stay. There is also no parking, but there is a lot across the street that cost $38 a day or you can park on the street. This hotel is located in such a fun part of the city. If you don't mind nightlife sounds, then you're good. There are lots of cute little shops and restaurants near by and Reading Terminal and the mall is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Noise level around this neighborhood. Basically people were shouting all night long around this area. However Arco prepare earplugs for staying guests. It worked well.

The shower was like a hot spring in Japan! I love the water pressure shower and it was wonderful!!

It was close to where we wanted to go in Philadelphia. Easy to get to. A lot of restaurants and things to do close by. Easy to check in and out on the app

They have very limited locker. They told me that i can drop the luggage in case I arrive earlier, however, when I arrive there, no more available locker, no staff, and no more space to keep my luggage, and i need to wait there more than 3 hours to open my room. It’s worst because I contacted them before to ask about this but nobody aware me about this issue.

My door would not lock behind me. Apparently no one was able to come out that day keeping in mind that I was notifying them around 7 at night. I had to contact them again the next day to come and fix the door which they did.

While the overall experience was nice there was a loud knocking in the walls that would occur in random intervals. It sounded like several empty cans collapsing. Not sure if it was a an outside vent or possibly the plumbing but it did startle and awaken me a few times. Twice I thought someone was banging on the door. Not upset just more curious as to what it was.

Nice sized room, big bed and spacious. The shower was a good size and worked well, the whole place was quite clean. The location is very central and in a fun and lively neighbourhood with great restaurants and bars nearby.

There should be more luggage lockers. Departing and arriving guests have to share a total of only 6 lockers.

The AC made a lot of noise, waking me up frequently in the middle of the night. In fairness, they offered ear plugs, but still I had a hard time sleeping. The toilet in the bathroom was loose from the ground, also making noise whenever someone sat.

Amazing location for all our purposes, and easy access. The room was spacious, soberly decorated and very cozy, we immediately felt comfortable. There was complimentary coffee in the room, as well as tea or coffee in the common lounge, which was also very friendly. Great value for money. Highly recommend.

Many broken items: toilet was moving, soap dispensers, toilet paper holder. Some lights did not work. Loose power outlets. No human interaction with staff. Not enough storage room for bags. Bathroom fan very loud.

None of the coffee machines worked well (in room or lobby). The lift broke, and we saw that in other reviews that the problem must be pretty common.

The location was perfect near the old city and many cafe/restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and clean. The locker service is very helpful, because we left our luggages before the checkin and after the checkouts and we didn't have to drag them around the city.

The door to the room was a bit askance and the lights from the hallway bled into the room, which was an inconvenience for sleeping.
