The elevators could do with some new technology to increase service speeds. It is odd not to have coffee makers in the bedrooms/ though one will be supplied quickly if asked for.

It’s centrally located and fabulously refurbished with large and spacious rooms and great noise insulation. It is in Times Square but no noise at all at night.

I didn’t care too much for the location, but I guess if you’re going for something touristy, you would like the fact that It is on Times Square

There were a few unknown spots on the rug in a different places.

The customer service was great! We arrived early and was able to check in. The location is great lots of stores and eateries within walking distance. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were amazing! They offer robes, slippers and fancy water at no additional charge! We ordered room service and the food was amazing! The roof top bar is very nice…they have heated lamps and blankets…nice touch!

The reception staff seemed overwhelmed with customers both at check-in and check-out. My room was adjacent to the surprisingly noisy elevators - which was quite annoying in the mornings. I would have liked a coffee maker in my room. The bar is costly (even by NYC standards).

The room was spacious and comfortable. The Concierge was very helpful. Central location, close to various subway lines and Penn Station.

At first we were in a room where they were renovating the outer wall and they asked us not to open the window for 8 hours a day, early in the morning there were already knocks on the wall that woke us up. If there are rooms under renovation, they should not be given to hotel guests.

Area outside the hotel was edgier than expected, and not terribly pleasant at night.

Lovely room - very comfortable bed - great toiletries and towels and linens etc. Very central for sightseeing in Midtown.
