There is no breakfast "inside" the hotel. You have to walk out the building and then go into the building next door for breakfast. The food selection options didn't look very appealing to either of us so we ended up walking down the block and had breakfast at a small cafe (which was awesome). If you're looking for options like pancakes/French toast, bacon, scrambled eggs...you won't find it there. But the restaurant did look nice on the inside though!

The room was great. It was clean, quite and pleasing to the eye. The staff were extremely helpful and provided suggestions when needed about the area. And the location was great since its right downtown and in walking distance to many things.

We got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes and the staff didn’t answer the emergency call.

The restaurant and the roof top Were both temporary closed. It would have been nice to be able to eat and have cocktails on site.

Bathroom was not perfectly clean, found multiple hairs on the floor and sink. Check-in was a bit weird and lengthy as they did not seem to know who is staying in which room although I mentioned the names and no. of people with the booking. All other hotels during our trip had this information. They also requested additional personal information from my fellow travelers that other hotels do not need.

When I booked online, the hotel stated that breakfast was included, which is why I booked. However, at check-in, the agent said breakfast was not included. I was very disappointed. This was false advertising. Also, I had to park, and the cost for parking was not presented until after the reservation was confirmed.

Traffic is congested in the morning, so it takes time for them to bring your car, if you have one.

A real gem i. The heart of downtown Miami. The building has beautifully preserved some of the old features of this building, once a bank, with attention to details in the interior and old style switches, faucets etc. Breakfast is great, Neighborhood is nice with restaurants within a few blocks, the riverside walk and more. Valet parking available.

Valet parking was a bit unorganized and slow.

Room was nice, clean, spacious. Windows soundproof, bed comfortable and covers warm and snuggy for a good night's sleep. Female receptionist (can't remember her name) was exceptional, went out of her way to help. Breakfast area was nice, staff friendly. Great location, walking distance to Bayside.

I liked everything

The staff was very professional. The structure of the building is beautiful inside and out. My room was beautiful and the bed was super comfy. My husband and I was there only 1 days. We were leaving the next day for a cruise. The location was very convenient to everything. I’ll definitely recommend that anyone to stay at this beautiful location.
