We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

BrazilNot much except some parts of downtown look a bit worrying with a lot of homeless people, but that isn't the fault of the hotel. The valet parking was expensive but not much more than others in the area.
Great room with a comfortable bed and very good air conditioning system. Staff very helpful and as we got delayed checking out, they were very understanding. Good restaurants nearby, especially the Julia and Henry food hall.

PolandSome of the staff spoke only Spanish, there was no complimentary coffee in the lobby (which seemed to be a standard in other hotels in Florida). I wanted to use the hotel computer - it was available but had a very outdated Windows version and the mouse was broken (shouldn't be the case in a 4-star hotel).
Hotel is located very convieniently - within a walking distance to Bayfront Park, Bayside Market and a Metromover station. Even though it is in downtown it was very quiet inside. The room was pretty specious and very clean, the bed was very comfortable. If you travel by car you can use the option of a valet parking (additional charge) which worked very well and tehre was always a place to park in front of the hotel.

United StatesThe view isn’t that great, sadly no pool, and some staff were a bit confused and most likely going through training which is fine, but can also be a bit frustrating with the back and forth sometimes and being asked odd questions.
The hotel is very close to the airport, and is next to so many beautiful areas. The hotel room was nice and clean and very comfortable.
