The closet light wouldn't turn off, I called reception to get it fixed but didn't get an answer.

The room was clean and well equipped, the bathroom was very comfortable.

I love everything about this building. The staff is great. I love the fact that the building is a very old building that has been remodeling in the inside.

I don’t think there was a good option for keeping light from coming through the window. I was too tired to deal with it, but if there was a blackout option it wasn’t obvious

Location was great. The only slight inconvenience was parking, meaning valet was the only way to go and on one occasion the valet service was slow (busy, not the staff’s fault)

No breakfast included Corridor at our level smelled of persistent bad odor. Rustic hotel but rather gloomy hotel due to the light. Bar close at the roof top.(under renovation) The neighborhood is not very animated and many shops are closed, with homeless people hanging around.

Rooms are small. Location has a lot of vagabonds around and the street noise can be heard four floors up. No shuttle service from airport to hotel ir hotel to cruise port. I would gave loved a shuttle service from the hotel to cruise port. I can Uber everywhere else.

Loved the cleanliness. The staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient tonany eateries abd shops. Close to many places in downtown Miami. I will emphasize the cleanliness means the world to me and us priority wherever I stay.

Breakfast not included. Not all the staff spoke English well. Had a little trouble communicating sometimes.

There were two things that the hotel can do a better job of communicating. The first being parking. There isn’t any on sight parking and the public parking around the hotel is VERY expensive. I’m fact, we paid almost as much in parking for roughly 15 hours than we did for our room ($159). We paid a flat rate of $60 for 12 hours then had to pay $15 an hour after that. Who wants to get up at 6am to buy parking (the 12 hours expired at 6am)? This was not only inconvenient but very expensive. The second item is that directly to the East of the hotel is a welfare motel. I have nothing against this except for the fact that it’s residents will sit out front and yell obscenities and insults at you. Coming back from paying for additional parking time I was harangued by one of their residents. I was mortified until I saw that she was doing it to everyone who passed by and then when I approached the Eurostars valet podium, the valet just looked at me and said “every morning man, every morning”. This is sad for many reasons but for the Eurostar Langford it’s sad because it’s a great little hotel and I can really see the welfare hotel being a reason why people don’t stay at Eurostars.

Loved the property itself. The beauty is in the details. The finishes, the amenities were all top notch.

Restaurant was closed on Mondays and Tuesday except for breakfast. No bar or lounge area where you can just sit.

Lovely big room with good facilities, unfortunately no suitcase stand. Close to Bayside market and Park and lots of restaurants and bars.
