Parking can get tight & the place could use some maintenance like paint there were some chips in the floor boards but not at all bad

the staff was very helpful

it was very relaxing and didn't hear a peep out of anyone, usually there is people upstairs, or next door making all kinds of noise, but my stay was quiet.

Room was not clean. There was a Half roll of toilet paper, plastic cups were out of their packaging, coffee maker was filthy, towels were not folded when we got there and looked like they were just thrown on towel racks. Took awhile to check in and saw that staff was asleep before receiving us because they looked like they just woke up. They walked in with a pillow in hand..

The furnitures are very old and beat up. The sink didn’t work well and smelled bad. The towels are stained and scratchy. TV is smaller than most.

Price and room choices. The rooms are spacious. The bathrooms have shampoo dispensers which is very convenient.

A smoking area was mentioned,, but I never saw one.

If I could, I'd give it a 7.5. I had a couple of minor issues, that they dealt with quickly or didn't charge me for. For example, the latch lock broke within 4 times of using it & my key cards expired the night before I was due to check out.

We did like that the room was clean but it had a weird smell to it but it was clean.

We liked that the property was gated security. Parking was available right in front of our window.

Location is in a less-than-desirable area. AC did not work properly. Linens and towels clean but old/rough.

Beds were among the worst I've experienced. I could feel the springs in the mattress when I sat or laid on the bed.

I liked that there was secure parking so people who weren't staying were not able to park in the lot. The rooms were pretty clean, though there was visible wear and tear which is unavoidable. Also I left the door partly closed for a minute and it started beeping to let me know it wasn't closed all the way. Never experienced that before

the pool was very dirty and my kids did not get to go swimming. The beds where not the best as well. there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.

the price for the place was not bad. the 3 full beds in the room was nice for my family of 6 to all stay together.

We had a two room suite with three beds, which was perfect for our needs. The accessible shower, however, was challenging and soaked the entire room---great water pressure lol. It's not fancy but clean enough and it met our needs. I usually have a hard time getting comfortable in hotel beds but these were comfortable.

I had to get the front desk to unlock my room EVERYTIME I TRIED TO ENTER I HAD TO WAKLK FAR TO THE FRONT DESK WITH HESVY GESR I WAS BRINGING IN N OUT ZERO COST HANGERS IN YHE VLOSET-It TOOK AN HOUR FOR THRM YO BRING THEM SFTER CHECKIN THE TOOLET CLOGGED/NOT BY ME THEY NEVER CAME TO CLEAN IP THE BATHROOM AFTER YHEY SNAKED THE TOILET

You see that the hotel is a bit old. It was clean though and the staff was helpful and friendly. Good to visit Knott's Berry Farm or Disneyland. The pool looked nice, but we didn't have time to use it.

the jet spa was dirty we paid extra to get it and the jets kept shooting out what looked like to be rose petals Ima assuming from the guests before. So we tried to let it shoot out all the dirty water , did it four times and rose petals and stuff were still coming out. so we didn’t use the jets was a bit annoying being that we paid for a JET spa , also the doors were not sealed fully. our room was near maintenance so kept hearing noises and people going in and out next door. i don’t blame the house keeping the tub itself was clean but the jets weren’t but you wouldn’t know unless you started the jets.. I’m sure they cleaned the tub just people should’ve known not to use petals.. definitely could’ve been better with a little minor fixes.
