Needs more parking. Parking was very tight and crowded.

The facilities were very run down, the other people there were questionable. It didn't really feel safe. We had children running around in the next room, people playing loud music until 5am - but we didn't want to report them due to the "feel" of the location it might not be safe for us. The TV was super small, the beds were uncomfortable. Definitely worth paying a few more bucks to stay somewhere else. The only part of the room that seemed updated was the bathroom.

To be honest I don’t like the room that they gave me. The smell is awful to be honest that is why I decided not to stay on the next day. The cigarette smoke combine with marijuana smoke plus the old carpet. It gives me migraine and I could sleep. I even took a picture of the cockroach next to the coffee maker. Sorry to say, but it’s true.

It’s unfortunate that this beautiful property definitely lacks cleanliness and parking. I selected a booking for a 2 night stay to relax, but instead I had to clean the entire room from floors to sheets were filthy. Highly suggest to retrain/work on improving housekeeping. A beautiful structure should be taken well taken care of before it’s too bad.

The design ( building/room), laundry and vegetation are beautiful.

So unsafe I was afraid to sleep. Sketchy drug addicts and creepy men roam the property at all hours. Dirty disgusting grime on everything. Had to exchange the 4 bath towels over the counter for clean ones and was given cleaning rags. Tv was broken. Thought I was special in that but if you look on yelp you’ll see all tv’s are broken. Carpet is disgusting, I don’t even want to know what my bare feet made contact with several times. Eventually I just kept my shoes on. Checked out early and didn’t even care that I paid for a night I didn’t spend. As long as I was far away from there.

Room is so small and old. The bed made sound in every move, pillow is uncomfortable. I didn't sleep well through the night. Same price but can't compare to other motels and inns.

The location is amazing, and the rooms are decent size and clean. Walking distance to the shopping center and an amazing breakfast zone, The Original Pancake. Easy access to bus and Disneyland as well.

I booked 2 rooms for my family and for my cousin’s family (king bed room and 2 queen bed room) the king bed room was excellent aside from the 2 queen bed room-floor wasnt vacum, trash can doesnt have trash bag, table didnt wipe good, and diddnt have coffee cup but it has coffee and sugar.

The good thing about this place is very safe because it has gate, I diddnt smell marijuana, its close by to the restaurants and any convenient store, and few minutes drive to Disneyland. The office clerk is friendly, rooms has refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and laundry area.

The property advertised with kitchen/kitchenette, fully stocked with cooking equipment and kitchen equipment. The website advertises this There was absolutely nothing. On checking at reception we were told we should have brought our own… how ridiculous, we aren’t locals, and don’t travel with pots, pans, plates and utensils. Also there were dirty towels and rubbish left behind from a previous guest. No help was forthcoming from reception. Beds squeaked too

The absolute unwaivering "can't do" attitude of 1front desk supervisor (according to him) in particular. In his verbiage He made me feel like he was being unaccommodating due to his past experiences. Instead of sticking to "policy rules" he quoted "when I trusted people in the past they stabbed me in the back" which tells me he could have been accommodating for my situation but chose not to. For the above stated reasons. Very condescending as well.

The t.v need a desperate upgrade. At least a simple 150-200 dollar 1080p with the capability to use our own accounts for entertainment such as netflix.. The t.v hdmi ports would not work. We had to settle for a t.v that was quite jarring to look at with no shows we wanted to see.

I love the jacuzzi and the bathroom design as well as the cleanliness
