Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesDonovan, the front desk worker seemed okay upon check-in. However once we came back to let him know about a couple of issues in our room, he seemed annoyed. We just didn't want to be charged for damage/missing items because there are literally signs in the hotel room showing individual costs for things should they come up missing and/or damaged. We let him know that the remote in our room didn't have a back (minor issue I know) but since they were so diligent to list costs for things, I figured we should be diligent in checking out the room before we stayed there for 2 days! The other issue we noticed was the door didn't seem to be secure! It locked, but it didn't completely close when shut. When I mentioned this to Donovan, his response was, "I'll keep that in mind." ... I was concerned about our safety as this is where my husband and I were going to stay for the next 2 nights!! We paid over $400 for 2 nights, so we should have, at the very least, felt as though we were safe! When we checked in, Donovan told us there would be a gate we needed to go through and gave us the code. He also mentioned there is another gate, but that gate stays closed the majority of the time. No big deal, we knew we would just use the front entrance gate. Which is fine, except that it doesn't automatically open upon exiting, and there isn't a device to enter the code on that side of the gate! ** I will also mention the first time we entered the code, we noticed the gate has a delay** Well, after we checked into our room, we were ready to leave to Disneyland. So we unloaded our things and got in the car. When we got to the gate it didn't auto open, so I called the front desk. Donovan answered, and I let him know that we were trying to exit, but the gate wasn't opening. He immediately assumed that we were trying to exit out of the other gate.
The in-room jacuzzi tub was nice.

United StatesVery noisy, the bed was squeaky and lopsided. Cleaning staff was very loud our first night, 2nd night was just horrible. Music was being blasted ALL throughout the night which caused us to have a restless night. Our last night there was the most decent.
nothing.

United StatesThe room smelled old and musty. The toilet ran all night. There was no hot water in the shower. I had to pay an extra $20 for parking because we had 2 vehicles and there was limited parking. However, they let people just park right outside your room instead of the designated parking spaces even though there was ample parking. These people were in and out of there cars all night long, setting there alarms and even setting off there alarms a couple times which made it very hard to sleep.
The Hotel itself was quaint. I liked the patio areas. I liked the jacuzzi tub.

United StatesThe first room they tried to put me and my 3 kids in was not cleaned properly so they moved me to a new room. The new room seemed clean but when I went thru the drawers there was a child’s jacket left in it. So I’m not sure if it was properly cleaned. I had asked a lady at the front desk for some towels around 10:30pm and I didn’t receive them till 9:30am the next day when we were leaving. There was a homeless man in the washer and dryer room.
The staff was friendly. When I got there the room was not vacuumed and there was a big stain on the floor and the guy at the front desk was very nice and got us a new room.

United StatesThis was the cheapest, nastiest hotel I've ever been to. Bugs everywhere! The main surfaces and sheets were clean, but not the walls, bed headboard, or corners. The door was so broken it made me feel unsafe! It had at least an inch of gap on all four sides, and was crooked in the frame! Also, the booking listing said there would be a free breakfast, but apparently that hasn't been true for YEARS, so there's another $30 per day to get breakfast delivered. I had COVID and needed to isolate for three extra days before I could fly home, so I was kind of stuck there, but it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

United StatesOnly had one way to exit the premises. On the second day we got locked out cause our room key wouldn’t register. The ice machine was broken so had to go to the front desk for ice. The tv was busted and had a red hue the entire time at the top left corner. The curtains, carpet, tv, and other accessories were very old and outdated. Overall gave off Motel 6 vibes. The only redeeming quality was the staff.
The location wasn’t terrible.

United Statesthey didn’t have a iron for my clothes I had to ask my relatives if I can go to their house to iron my clothes. the controls for the tv didn’t have the cap for where the batteries go. my mom saw that there was poop residue on the door knob for the bathroom. the AC in one of the rooms was not working right. I bought my mom a rolling suitcase for this trip so she wouldn’t have to be carrying her luggage because she has a bad back, and the hotel didn’t even have elevators. we had to carry her luggage up and down the stairs. they do not have breakfast. they had vending machines and when I wanted to purchase a water bottle, the vending machine said sold out.
I liked the 2 bedroom suite it was a nice set up and a good amount of space
