The only thing I did not like was that the shower head fell off in one of the bathrooms; however, when I reached out to the manager, she responded promptly. Highly recommend for anyone seeking spacious and conveniently located accommodation.

I recently stayed at the Lodge at Duck Creek and had a great experience. The property was spacious and well-maintained, even though my group didn't show up. The location was excellent, close to key attractions and amenities. Plus, the price was reasonable for the quality and size. The primary bed in the Bears Den sunk badly in the middle. The ceiling fan in the other bedroom didn't work

It wasn't as clean as it could be, noisy from upstairs and next-door neighbors, light blankets cold weather and no blankets for couch, direct TV did not work, WIFI very spotty in bedrooms.

We had several light bulbs that were out and when I asked for replacements, the manager didn't get them to us. We asked for a crockpot and that was delivered immediately.

We really appreciated the beauty of the scenery. It was close to National Parks and hikes.

Was not clean when we arrived. However, they came and cleaned it quickly. The refrigerator quit working in the middle of our stay. I was able to get it somewhat working again, but it broke again. They tried to address it, but replacing it was not really an option since the area is remote, and we were 3 floors up with no elevator. Overall, it could use a good deep cleaning and some TLC. The kitchen could be better stocked since the unit holds upwards of 10 people. There should be enough dishes and bowls to accommodate everyone. We didn't see any oven mitts or placemats.

This is our second stay at the lodge. The first stay was flawless. This stay was different. The Staff was very responsive to our issues. They tried to make things right as best they could. The owner contacted us directly. Location is great, and the views are spectacular. Big rooms, plenty of bathrooms, comfy beds. We still had a great time despite any challenges.

And now the bad. There is a lot of deferred maintenance that is needed on the unit. Here are a few examples. The bar stools are loose and possibly dangerous to sit on. The dining room chairs are also loose. One of the arms came off while we were there. We glued it back together, but the other chairs are loose as well. The shower doors were out of their tracks. One of the towel racks fell off when used. There are screw holes above one of the beds where a headboard was likely attached (that should be filled in and painted over). The gas fireplace did not work. The pans in the kitchen appear to be non-stick, but everything sticks to them. There is a five-cup coffee maker, for a unit that has a king, two queens, and a sofa bed.

Our stay at The Lodge at Duck Creek was nice. Let me start out with the good. The location was excellent. The view from the unit that we stayed in was beautiful. The unit was spacious and clean, with a nice layout, good beds, more than enough bathrooms, and a washer and dryer.

Dirty couch with crumbs and food between the seats. Dishes, cups, silverware were dirty and needed to be cleaned before use. Would be nice to have a cookie sheet. Upstairs tenets very noisy and continued to be noisy past the 10pm quiet time. Lots of families with kids that ran around the decks on each floor throughout the mornings.
