It’s was very clean,beautiful, and had lots of accessories to help your stay be even better, they had coffee,cups. Just about everything except you do need to bring ur own groceries and detergent of course.

Walls are thin and could hear the noise from others staying in the building.

Very convenient and great location. Away from the crowds but still close very close to the festivities. The property was very clean, and had everything we needed. Perfect for a weekend trip to Hermann or for a stop on your Katy Trail adventure. This will be our go to property in the future.

Great location only a few steps from the Katy trail and only a mile or two to Hermann. Nice firepit area and it was a quiet/peaceful location. Inside is clean, cute & cozy. Everything you need for a stay is provided and the owner is responsive and friendly. Will definitely return!

The only thing which would be helpful is a better sign for exactly where the property is. Just a simple sign would be useful.

My teenage daughter and I were riding bikes on the KATY trail - this elegant property is right along the trail.

I cannot say enough about The Mercantile! When we opened the door we were greeted by an amazing smell!! You walk in and everything is clean and very welcoming.!! The owner ensures that you feel like you are at a resort. There is nothing that has been not thought about … from the bathroom spray to the first aid kit (both were needed for our visit) I was very impressed… and you will be too. It’s also the perfect distance from Herman and right on the Katy Trail if biking!

Beds were a bit hard. The building is old and we could hear everything from the guest upstairs, definitely not quiet.

The unit was adorable and the owner stocked it full of everything you would need.

Temperature control is handled remotely but not a big deal.

Located feet from the Kady Trail, these luxurious apartments are probably the best accommodations on the trail network. They are equipped with laundry facilities, kitchen, basic food items (coffee, eggs, bread, etc.). The owner lives nearby and is very responsive.

Our room was large, very comfortable and very well appointed. Communication was excellent. The location was perfect for us as we were biking the Katy Trail and the property is right on the trail.

Nothing was bad at all. The beautiful clawfoot tub was amazing but honestly needs a handle to get in and out but I expressed my suggestions to the owner. Nothing bad just my personal preference.

The property was amazing. Newly renovated right on the Katy Trail. Very posh modern setup reminiscent of a New York loft. The decor and high ceiling really opened up the space. Loved it.

The location is basically right on the Katy trail which is convenient. Food shopping is about a ten minute walk, but restaurants are in town about two miles away. There is extremely limited cab service so plan ahead.

These units are like something out of Architectural Digest. They are very spacious and well equipped. They included a full kitchen, washer/dryer, food/coffee supplies, and a smart TV that allowed me to watch the NBA finals. Olga and her team are the best.

The Mercantile is amazing! We stayed in the Vaudeville Suite and it is a beautiful space! The location is perfect. It’s just a hop skip and jump away from the wineries and right on the Katy Trail. We will definitely be back!
