We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaMixed feelings about this hotel after two recent stays. Great location, and Henry who handled concierge/luggage services was always excellent. However, the reception staff were not so helpful or friendly, and I had several issues with housekeeping and maintenance - too many to list here. In addition, even the suite had no view/minimal daylight, the decor is quite outdated and shabby in places, and there’s no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

IndiaThe hotel is in need of an upgrade. We booked a junior suite for our week long stay and the bed was sunken/ so was the couch and chairs in the room. The night manager Vanessa was very kind to change the room but the bed and couch were the same in the other room as well. Hardly got any sleep all week. Water was not replenished in the rooms on 3 days and when we called for it we were told to come down and get it ourselves. There was no staff to deliver. Not expected from a hotel of this calibre.

United StatesThe restaurant seating area was beautiful but I found the actual seats a bit too low and not very comfortable.I kept sliding down because they were low to ground. I’m only 5ft 8. Higher chairs would have kept me enjoying more than one cocktail.
The room was beautiful and spacious for NYC. The decor was warm and inviting with plenty of space to relax, sofa and chairs. The pocket doors in bathing suits/ closet area a nice touch for privacy and to not disturb your spouse.
