Netflix and other apps required us to log in with our credentials. i think should have allowed these streaming apps to login with hotels credentials

United StatesMy suggestions would be, an area for guest to heat their food since there's no microwave in the rooms. It would also be nice if there were refrigerators in the rooms to keep things cold. They do have a mini bar in the rooms, but it's full of things they want you to purchase. Nothing is complimentary, and there's no room to put your personal items.
Wonderful experience! I highly recommend this hotel. Customer service was great. From the front desk, door service, bell hop restaurant, and housekeeping. Very clean and well kept

United StatesCheck in was at 4PM, we arrived 10 minutes prior and was told they were "still working on linens" and that they room would be ready by 4:30 and that we were welcome to wait in their bar, which we had people under 21 and was not ideal. We waited nearly 2 and a half hours, and was finally told around 6PM that it was ready, however when we went upstairs we had to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to finish in the room. We paid extra for a premium room with a view of the city from the bathroom/shower, and the window shade was broken, so we could not enjoy the view. Sheets and pillows felt like plastic and were not comfortable. No mini-fridge available either.
It was close to many great restaurants and less than 15 minutes from the capitol and union station. Rooftop bar was nice. Staff were all very kind.

FranceThe problems with the hotel is that first of all the room doesn’t look like on photos. There was supposed to be a living room, which was not there. As the employee explained the hotel uploaded wrong photos, so instead of having a living room and a bedroom, I only got a bedroom. When I said that it is unfair towards customers, who often book rooms based on the photos the front desk employee didn’t care much. Also I booked a fare with breakfast included, the employee at the front desk confirmed it. After my departure the hotel charged me separately for the breakfast. I spent 50 minutes on the phone call with the Hilton hotline before figuring everything out. Hilton hotline employee told me, that they got in touch with the hotel and the manager will give me a call in a couple hours. It’s been about 10 days, I never got a call from the manager of the hotel, nor did I get the charge for the breakfast back. To conclude, even if the hotel itself is nice, the overall experience doesn’t let me give more than 4/10 based on these two situations

United StatesThis hotel was not cheap and there were no extras included in the price. The room had a dirty ice bucket and used glass when we checked in and a bath towel had a stain. Not loving the housekeeping. You had to pay for the breakfast which was a very pathetic, overpriced buffet of pastries and oatmeal or a one size fits all dish you could order. There wasn't even a little store to buy snacks and you had to pay $4. for a cup of average hotel coffee. I would not recommend this hotel. Very disappointing.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable.

United StatesThe view I paid for. The view was a railroad track. The train was loud and extremely annoying. The room was very lackluster. Clean but nothing special at all. For the additional cost of the balcony to be 5 floors up with a railroad view was not what I had in mind. The area is nice and very quiet but appears to still be in early development stages. There is absolutely NOTHING TO DO. Not even a place within walking distance to get a brand name pop like a coke. I spent over 200 in Lyft charges to get away from the area and over 80 in door dash. My orders were late due to the location, none of the Fri could find the location. Although there is an option for room service and a restaurant on property the options were very few for breakfast. Not a hotcake, waffle or French toast option in sight. Also very difficult to get rep on the phone for in room dining. The area rug in my room was nasty and needed some attention perhaps vacuuming or just throw it out. We were not asked if we wanted room service at check in and our room was never cleaned. There was a very bad smell of garbage for 2 days near the elevator. I’ve stayed at some really nice places and this was just simply underwhelming but clean. I was disappointed as soon as I entered the room, I really didn’t even have an urge to take a photo in the room. Very spacious room just basic. I watched on TikTok some of the videos and there was a snack bar on all of the videos but was NOT IN MY ROOM. The Minnie bar was present and fully stocked but not the snack bar. The price tag did not match the vibe. I hate I paid an upgrade for a view. The room was very basic a bed a shower and toilet nice mirror with a mini bar. No microwave available on the property is what I was told. Which is necessary as the food is cold upon delivery because the area is so new drivers are lost
The property was clean and hotel looks new. The Christmas decor was nice In Room dining service ..French fries were hot fresh and tasty Early check in was granted Bellhop greeting outside the front doors and taking my bags out from the Lyft was a nice touch Hotel Roof top bar was very nice
