I think the break fast should have a bit of variety and some other protein apart from what was been serve every day like maybe scrambled or fried egg, sausages or some form of protein. Thankyou

Even though it’s a non-smoking room, when I tried to use the air conditioning system, the smell of cigarette smoke became unbearable — it felt like I was inside an ashtray.

The accommodations and the building seem new, and it’s located right next to a shopping mall. The housekeeping staff was always helpful and kind, and they kept everything very clean and well organized.

The area is not ideal for families, Flushing is like dowtown Asia.

Very quick and easy check in and check out. Room was clean. Easy access by train, we took a free shuttle bus from LGA to a train station and a couple of stops. We walked 5 min max to the hotel.

The choices of cable tv stations. Some signals were weak, and there weren’t more diverse tv stations. The irony is that the cable company is across the street from the hotel in the mall.

Clean, location is like a Chinatown so many restaurants around. With the metro, going to the center was super easy. District felt safe.

Unfortunately the windows were too bright for me Too many Big Windows No curtains.The shower Knob was Not working properly, The breakfast was very bland and no fresh fruit.

Elevator had creaking sound and the first one from the entrance was quite slow in opening. The suite had a stove top but no cooking utensils. Internet though good is not secure

My stay was short -from midnight to 7am next day as had a flight to catch so cannot in all honesty give a complete review of my stay. The guys at the reception were very warm and receptive -Tan and Kelvin i believe. Tan exhibited his professional skills in explaining why my earlier booking was cancelled . Loved the window views from the suite on the 11th floor. Had looked forward to going to the roof top for the views and seeing the various planes pass over the hotel on their landing path to Laguardia Airport. Hotel close to Skyview shopping mall and the flushing train station is of workable distance. Close to so many restaurants-chinese, korean ,japanese etc

The breakfast choices were very limited. The coffee machine was not near an outlet. The microwave was only accessible during breakfast hours.
