We liked the fact that they listened and made a concerted effort to improve our initial teething problems that we encountered at the beginning of our stay. A great hotel manager and really supportive staff. Loved the rooftop pool area and spa too. A wonderful base for exploring NY.

Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. we were celebrating our anniversary and the treatment we received was amazing. Location is perfect, close to Central Park & Time Square … Honestly this is beyond 10/10 and highly recommend that this is your choice to stay in NY.

We loved this Hotel - the service from start to finish was exceptional. On checkin we were asked about our departure flight times - on hearing it was 9pm Isaac immediately offered us a late checkout time of 5pm. We were celebrating our anniversary and the Hotel delivered a small cake & fruit to our room. every single employee we met was welcoming, friendly, professional and genuinely doing the best in their role.

Highly recommended”Cons - obviously price is not cheap but you pay for quality here - there was a small air gap in my door which was constantly moving when housekeeping was opening / closing adjacent room doors - if your room is on the 5th ave then it will be a bit noisy - found the staff working at the rooftop arrogant (not the barmaids though) and would judge you too quickly without knowing who you are (not that I’m anyone important but everyone should deserve the same level of service)
Pros - well maintained property, spacious room, comfortable mattress, and lovely shower head - cosmetics products by McKenzie Reilly are of very good quality (especially the body lotion!) - F&B quality (especially clement) is top notch - attentive and dedicated staff (shout out to Okxana at the front desk and Federick at the Conciergerie who have been worderful) - ideal location for shopping - love the fact that you can come and access the elevators without necessarily passing through the front desk (for privacy)
