We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GreeceA warm, friendly, old school class all around the property, much appreciated. Top location. Great breakfast. All the staff were outstanding, friendly and professional, from the staff at Perrine where we had breakfast, to to staff at the elevators. Only exception was a man at the reception lobby, who was always cold, distant and looked annoyed 3 times that we interacted with him, for no reason whatsoever (named Kevens I believe, around 35).

The hotel and staff were impeccable! My room was perfect and quiet as the staff had asked my preference for a particular room when I checked in. The restaurant in the hotel was wonderful and the food was excellent and the staff very professional and accommodating. The staff was very friendly and accommodating with any questions or requests I made.

United StatesThe “moderne” design of the restaurant didn’t quite match the old-world charm of the hotel in general! What I did absolutely not. Find acceptable was to be woken up at 8 am by the room 10 feet from me was being renovated, and for four hours till. I was meeting a friend, I had to listen to incessant drilling, hammering, banging. However, the manager of the hotel was very apologetic and I was refunded for that night, which I thought showed consideration and the attitude that the guests come first!
Location is perfect, old-world charm, room service was quick, staff very friendly, seemed very secure. Nice rooms - my basic room on the 11th floor even had a view - not Central Park, but not like an inner court yard, which I had expected! Beautiful flower arrangements anywhere - even in the bathroom!

The Pierre is wonderfully located on 5th Avenue and 61st St, in the heart of upscale Manhattan. The room was comfortable and a good size. The service was impeccable.
