The coffee maker in the room didn't brew hot coffee. Although they had some breakfast things such as yogurt, juice and muffins, having a full coffee bar would be nice with more options. Overall still a great value and inviting.

The room.was super clean. The staff was friendly. For the rate compared to the other local hotels it was a great rate. Also you can control the temperature in your room which is great.

The air conditioner made terrible noise, making it hard to sleep. They didn't have an outdoor shower to rinse your feet from the beach. For the price, the room with a parking lot view wasn't great.

It lists that they have room service but they don’t. They give you the menu of the restaurant next-door and then you called down to the desk and they tell you to call the restaurant

Hotel was not fully booked, and I was given a room right next to the ice machine and elevator overlooking the parking lot. For $300 a night and not fully booked, they could have done better. Kitchen and Microwave provided, but no plates or utensils or paper towels even if you want to reheat something. Annoying sensors on the lights in the room that shut off every 10 minutes if you are not moving around.

The Rooms are nicely laid out, and spacious. Nice healthy options at Breakfast

My room was next to the parking. you open the curtains and the view was to a parking lot. I didn't pay $311 to go to a room with a view to the parking lot. VERY DISAPOINTING. Tried to change it but was $120 additional. If it would had been in a higher floor maybe wouldn't have any major complaint but this room (105) don deserve that price at all. An nothing is said in Booking that you are booking that. The AC was in the room and is VERY noisy. Going on and off every minutes make very difficult to sleep...

The bathroom was ok. Nothing spectacular but works. The shower was in good temperature and good amount of water. The size ok. The rest of the bathroom good but a little small.

Had low end coffee in room. No coffee stir sticks or napkins. For an upscale motel the amenities were not good. We also had no hand towels or washcloths in our room.

Breakfast was not what we expected for this kind of motel. Beach access was very poor, definitely not like pictures.

It says it has a restaurant bit actually it's just another restaurant on the property and as a hotel guest you have to go on a waitlist as everyone else visiting location. It's expensive.

Our suite balcony was half blocked by a tree so the view was quite obstructed. Beach area was a disaster. Every morning it was a huge mess and was never cleaned up the entire 3 days of our stay.
