Check in was easy and we received a free drink token to Marli’s which was a nice touch. Room was smaller than expected but perfect for just the two of us. I was a bit surprised at the cost for the size of the room but understood quickly, Red Lodge overall was very expensive. We were on the street side so the hustling and bustling from below could be heard a bit but didn’t bother us. Room was comfortable. Breakfast at Marli’s was delicious.

Very nicely updated classic downtown hotel. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The location was within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. nice onsite restaurant for breakfast and free coffee in the lobby.

The room was smaller than we are used to in more modern hotels, and that was probably the only downside. TV was adequate - at least there was a guest book that listed the channels. Staff was super friendly.

The room was nice, if on the smaller side. Single queen-size bed was comfortable; blackout curtains were nice: bathroom was very nice with fluffy towels. We appreciated the air conditioning. Location right in the middle of Red Lodge's downtown business district was perfect. We did not use the hotel's gym. We did eat breakfast in the restaurant. It was an excellent breakfast - good coffee, fresh-squeezed orange juice, generous portions, good service. It was a nice bonus that the hotel also has a small parking lot just for guests.

Maybe the room could have been a little cooler.

My wife and I are foodies. The breakfast was fantastic. Best sausage gravy and biscuits that I have ever had… next to my brides. She was well satisfied with her omelet. Would definitely come back if the opportunity arises.

The noise we experienced by cleaning staff in the morning woke us. Further the walls are thin which is beyond control of the staff just tough to sleep with hearing very little thing

Location, hospitality, and cleanliness where all top notch. The gym was spectacular (best I have ever seen).

Having to leave... Definitely will return for a longer stay. Many thanks to the kind team at the Pollard. This gem ranks with the most charming places I've stayed anywhere.

Warm, wonderful staff. Very comfortable and well appointed period features. Delicious food, and walking distance from all the small town charms of historic Red Lodge.
