The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The property is a bit small compared to other locations, but I think that's typical for San Francisco. What they lacked in spaciousness, I would say, they made up for with impeccable customer service. Everyone we interacted with was very pleasant.

That we couldn’t stay longer!

Best decision we ever made. We changed our hotel reservation at the last minute to stay here as we were worried about some bad reviews at the place we had originally booked. The hotel made us feel welcome, comfortable and so unbelievably well looked after. It’s in A great location, the staff are amazing and our room was incredible. As first timers in the city we couldn’t have picked a better spot. We were staying as the last leg of our trip up the coast as a family and celebrating my partners birthday. It’s a stay we’ll never forget!

Normally, I’m given a great room. This time I was given a very tiny room very far away. It was completely inconvenient. I consider this hotel my home away from home so it was disappointing

I stayed here all the time and love this hotel. Unfortunately, they put me in a room so far away from the elevators that I kept getting lost. I never want to stay so far away from the elevators again. It was too much. Also, because of the inconvenience the front desk, very sweet Receptionist* wanted to Comp me for the caramel corn I ate, but it was on my bill. It’s not a big deal except she made an exception that was very kind because of the bedroom.

I would have enjoyed a pool.

The property is very nice and in a great location, but what I enjoyed most was the staff. They were all polite, courteous and paid attention to detail. It was evident from check-in, to maid service and to the bellmen at the front door.

- It's on top of a hill so going most places meant climbing the crazy steep streets of San Francisco. Wasn't prepared with kids and stroller. - couldn't store anything in the bar fridge as everything had sensors

The fact that asking for a charger, since I forgot mine, was harder than it should have been. With good clients, the front desk should have sent one up. The woman answer big the one around 8-9 wasn’t friendly or helpful. It shouldn’t have been a “no problem” situation.

Scott is always there to welcome me. He is great. I stay in the city whenever I have things to do and love it.
