The decor is gorgeous. The live music was great. All the staff were very complimenting during my stay. The restaurant staff is very attentive and responsive . The front desk always greets you with a welcoming smile. The shuttle was great - always ready at a moment's notice. It was a great first experience to IL, and for my commencement 🎓 Would highly recommend it..

- In a lack of power event, I was not able to find the stairs to go up. Staff did not point me to the stairs either. - Breakfast was tasty but quite expensive. - Hard to find a parking spot in a busy saturday.

We recently stayed one night at the Hilton's Rose Hotel in Rosemont just outside of O'hare Airport. Reservation was made through booking.com, email confirmation provided immediately. We checked in around 6pm, all sorted in just a few minutes. They have free shuttle service to/from the airport. Easy to arrange at the front desk, I believe you need to call and arrange from the airport. There is good lobby space on the ground floor along with bar and restaurant called Thorn. Being exhausted from travels to Chicago, we had room service from Thorn and found the burger to be better than expected, normal airport hotel prices. Our room was just what we needed for the occasion, something very close to the airport to rest up before early morning flight. Plenty of space, desk workstation, flat screen TV with plenty of channels, wall seating, comfortable bed, good sized bathroom, good water pressure shower head. Room was comfortable and overall pretty nice compared to run of the mill airport hotels around the world, all at reasonable room rate. Would gladly stay at Rose Hotel again under same circumstances.

The 911 button is dangerously close to the inroom dining button on the phone. Drunk Tim apologizes to the local authorities for the false alarm.

Despite seeing the interstate from my room, I could not hear a thing. Black out drapes and absolutely silent room made for some perfect sleep. Beautifully decorated with staff as equally pleasant, I will absolutely be returning.Get the hilton honors app for a seemless check in ProTip: Keep the ac as low as it can go and the hot water running the entire time to really show Paris who's boss.

Wonderful hotel with exceptional staff. Very friendly and welcoming reception staff who were more than helpful with late check out requirements for late flight. Foyer art was fabulous, very comfortable room, shuttle service extremely good, restaurant staff and food both very good. Made my last day in USA a pleasure and would happily stay again
