$25 charge Also, not the hotels fault that we were under the impression that the subway ran until @ least 11:30pm, so we had to uber back to our hotel. This was an additional expense, on top of valley parking, that wasn’t expected.

The valet was incredibly helpful, but ya know it adds up fast per night wish the credit could be used towards parking/valet as well.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was nice, the rooms were cleans and spacious, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. The coffee bars and pastries available to everyone were so delicious and convenient. The pool was great, and overall a fantastic stay for families.

It was a fantastic stay that exceeded our expectations! We came for our son’s birthday; the staff went out of their way to make him feel special and were extremely professional and courteous to any requests. We appreciate their generosity and are grateful for such a wonderful experience.

The hotel enjoys a central location, providing convenient access to nearby attractions, shopping, and dining establishments. The room was clean and exceptionally comfortable.

Craziest thing. Very nice room amenities, but the scratchiest toilet roll ever! Almost funny.

Great location for Cambridge and Boston. Room was met expectations as to comfort. Nice lounge/eatery available on site. Most staff were really kind, especially being the holiday season.

Everything was great. Breakfast could be better. The options are very limited and turn around at the buffet table was slow. Also, tea/ coffee is not included in the breakfast buffet.

From cleanliness, location, to the size of the room, everything was exceptional. Even though, it's not at downtown, it's perfectly located near a hub of factory outlets of big brands and there are so many cafes around the area, so finding food and shopping is absolutely sorted. There's a train station nearby, accessible on foot as well to get to downtown. Overall, we had an amazing time here.

The couches in lobby are not for industrial use - the cushions in the lobby were overused / cushions flat. Chairs were OK. Suggest Italian industrial strength sofas for lobby. Wish we had booked more tours via Booking & that hotel recommended it. We want to travel to Nantucket in the future - suggest a travel concierge desk for those who are new to the city and need resources to get around.

The town center with GOOD shopping, metro, accessibility to running trails along Charles River, ease of access to the city center / air port. Breakfast, bar, pool, room all very modern! Cuisine was affordable and hours were late & hotel was a “destination.”
