Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There could have been more of a kitchen area & a jacuzzi or a rooftop terrace.
I'm general this place was amazing! Awesome balcony! Windows open! It's in distance of the memoroire night club. And millions of great places to eat. The pool was super classy. The whole place was elegant. Affordable. Comfortable.

Loved everything!
Absolutely stunning and beautiful hotel. Felt like a high end spa. It smelled so good and everything was super clean. The beds were very comfortable, high quality linens, spacious, beautiful room and the bathroom was luxurious! Walk in shower, separate water closet, high end coffee maker, nice and quiet. I generally do not enjoy hotel stays, I’m never happy with the quality, this place however, was the exception. It’s perfect!! Beautiful, clean, high end finishes, very professional, friendly staff. Great location walking distance to great restaurants and shops and the water. I loved it!!

The mattress was quite uncomfortable, with big indents. Maybe they need to upgrade them.
Despite it being a VERY busy weekend at the hotel, the staff were super attentive and helpful. I was really impressed by how they managed every small detail and request.

Maybe a bigger variety of breakfast choices from the restaurant or at least some additional options from the pantry for a quick breakfast.. cereal, yogurt, fruit, croissants, hard boiled egg, etc. Also I was told upon arrival and when I left again that booking through third party sites does not guarantee room choice. I always book through third party sites and have stayed at Marriott before and never had that be an issue. Not sure why this time around it was mentioned multiple times to me.
Everything really was wonderful, the room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a very modern decor and location could not be better.

No room service (though they do offer a “to-go” option from their bar/restaurant. Parking is valet only.
The hotel is beautiful and well-kept. Pool was fantastic and the property was nice all around.

Would love a jacuzzi in pool area. Room service would be a treat also.
Staff was so friendly and helpful. Very accommodating. Hallways and room were quiet and felt like private oasis. Interior design use of materials and textures was pleasing.

Deceiving breakfast. I was under the impression it was included, no one said any different, until the $84 bill arrived. I paid and I while in theobby the waitress came out and embarrassed me saying I didn't pay... And gave me the same slip to sign again. Also, when I woman at the desk explained the parking, I understood it as valet or I pay $55 at self park garage... Surprise! It was $55 valet added on my tab and he still waited for a tip

there is no restaurant in the hotel and no room service that's a bummer. There is a bar service at the start of the evening. Could be lengthier. A restaurant could help even though there are plenty of choice at walking distance.
Good breakfast buffet with plenty of choice. I liked the fact that you can ask a take away breakfast if you are in a rush. The location is in a new part of Boston area full of outlet shops. 10 min from Boston centre and 5 min from Somerville center

We have no complaints. The was a noise issue in the middle of the night and the front desk took care of it quickly.
The hotel is beautiful, in a lovely location and the service was exceptional. We were greeted like old friends right when we pulled up and from the Manager to the Valets everyone was warm, genuine and friendly. Our concierge, Daniella remembered our names and greeted us every evening when we returned to the hotel. She is incredibly knowledgeable about dining and activities in the area and she went above and beyond to make our stay extra special.

first night was horrible due to noisy neighbours with loud music.I had no sleep whatsoever.I contacted the reception desk.They acted immediately.They came up and asked them to stop the music.The following morning I was trapped on the elevator (lift ) for few minutes (Scary moment ).
nice and clean hotel , spacious room with comfortable bed.There was also nice gesture from staff member at the front desk due to an incident happened Friday night and another incident on Saturday morning (sorry I forget the name - a young man wearing stripped blue/grey blazer on Saturday morning 29th November) .I was offered another room on the 5th floor and some deduction was made from the overall room rate per night for the rest of my stay (3 nights out of 4 )
