United StatesThe plumbing was terrible, shower leaked onto the floor, bathroom sink took forever to drain and the living room ac did not work. Also the floors were filthy, could use a good mop! There also no mop and broom to clean after yourself so be mindful on the mess

United StatesUnit 5 was dirty, springs in the mattress and needed to be changed, sofas were dirty. No coffee maker, no wash cloths, air conditioner didn’t work in the living room/ kitchen area. I asked to be moved after providing pictures. I was moved to unit 7 and there were no wash cloths, until I found the housekeeper and she gave me 2. The coffee maker did not work and I was also able to switch it out with the housekeeper from the unit.

CanadaWhen we first arrived we were asked if we had any requests. We had several, light bulbs missing, no eating spoons, no toaster, no dish rack, shower leaking on the floor, unusable sofa to sit on, a change of sheets as we were starting 12 days. We were told that they would look into it but no one came until the second last day to “inspect” the sofa only to say it was okay. Other basic items were missing but when we saw the housecleaning doing other units they said we had to ask We Rent.

PolandI booked an apartment for 4 adults at The Shell On Walnut in Dania Beach, Florida, but when we arrived, we found that the apartment is prepared for only 2 people, the sofa is broken, there are no towels and bed linens (also prepared for 2 people), so two of us ended up sleeping on the floor.... We called WeRent (using the phone number available in the apartment) about this issue, but the lady informed us that it was too late to help us, she could take care of a new set of bed linens and towels the next morning (but still no second bed). We had only booked this apartment for one night, so her suggestion was useless. She also said we should get a full refund because this apartment is marked in the system as an option for 2 people, so we shouldn't have gotten it, it was probably a mistake. I have contacted the property through Booking three times, but no one is responding.
