The plumbing was terrible, shower leaked onto the floor, bathroom sink took forever to drain and the living room ac did not work. Also the floors were filthy, could use a good mop! There also no mop and broom to clean after yourself so be mindful on the mess

Perfect location! Plenty of activities to do. Right on the beach literally walking distance. Felt secure and safe.

Unit 5 was dirty, springs in the mattress and needed to be changed, sofas were dirty. No coffee maker, no wash cloths, air conditioner didn’t work in the living room/ kitchen area. I asked to be moved after providing pictures. I was moved to unit 7 and there were no wash cloths, until I found the housekeeper and she gave me 2. The coffee maker did not work and I was also able to switch it out with the housekeeper from the unit.

We did not like that the mattress in the bedroom is in poor condition, which made my back ache, and in the shower room glass leaked water after each shower had to clean up the water near the toilet.

The bed was sagging. The shower was not hot. The code to get in the front door did not work. The stove did not work. One of the AC remotes was out of batteries. Internet was not the fastest.

Plumbing was awful. Toilet seat was way too small for toilet and it moved. No Amenities not even a broom. Socket plates were mostly all off. Shower leaked. Couch look like it came from out an Alley it was filthy nothing like advertise picture.Customer service was poor.

The insane rules. Cannot flush toilet paper in the toilet. Penalties in the event you clog their toilet. Uneven flooring. Stubbed my toe in the middle of the night.

Their 3rd party app is not working properly. First, they told me my unit is #2 and there was already a person in #2. I had to register myself again through their 3rd party app and they said my unit is #3. The couch was broken when I entered the house. WiFi never works.

Couch was broken, kitchen chair was broken, missing light bulbs, 2 small towels, no hand towel, missing tv remote so didn't work, locks were electronic with no instructions, and the worst part...were not allowed to flush toilet paper. They said they would call every day to address concerns and they never even tried.

When we first arrived we were asked if we had any requests. We had several, light bulbs missing, no eating spoons, no toaster, no dish rack, shower leaking on the floor, unusable sofa to sit on, a change of sheets as we were starting 12 days. We were told that they would look into it but no one came until the second last day to “inspect” the sofa only to say it was okay. Other basic items were missing but when we saw the housecleaning doing other units they said we had to ask We Rent.

The cleanliness of the apartment was apparent as well as how spacious the unit was. It was within walking distance to the beach, and the kitchen provided everything one needed.

I booked an apartment for 4 adults at The Shell On Walnut in Dania Beach, Florida, but when we arrived, we found that the apartment is prepared for only 2 people, the sofa is broken, there are no towels and bed linens (also prepared for 2 people), so two of us ended up sleeping on the floor.... We called WeRent (using the phone number available in the apartment) about this issue, but the lady informed us that it was too late to help us, she could take care of a new set of bed linens and towels the next morning (but still no second bed). We had only booked this apartment for one night, so her suggestion was useless. She also said we should get a full refund because this apartment is marked in the system as an option for 2 people, so we shouldn't have gotten it, it was probably a mistake. I have contacted the property through Booking three times, but no one is responding.

I wish i could've stayed longer. I had to be in town for one night and didn't get to enjoy how beautiful the apartment was. The location was perfect. Minutes away from the airport, restaurants, and my favorite a few steps from the beach.

What i didn't like was how the bed is cheaply made you can hear the box spring mattress making noise and the shower floor was leaking water from the sides had to put a tower down.
