Water pressure in shower was really low.

Great location right off the cable car line. Less than 5 min walk to the water. Clean, safe, walkable area. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen and living area.

Spacious room with full kitchen I could feel at home. Beautiful rooftop and convenient location for sightseeing and cable car riding. Friendly staffs. Thank you!

The inner courtyard could be updated, if they pulled up the carpet and opened the roof it would be very beautiful. Did not affect our stay, just a suggestion.

Large clean rooms, well equipped to make your own meals. Super friendly and helpful staff. Right on the cable car route, there is a stop in front of the door. Only a couple of blocks from the fisherman’s wharf, a few blocks from Lombard St. Could not be better located. Great rooftop patio with a view of Alcatraz. Photos are from the rooftop.

The lift was out of order but we had been advised of this beforehand and staff offered to assist with bags if we needed help.

The suite was very clean and comfortable. Roomy and well appointed. Great location. A nice restaurant close by. Richard at reception was excellent. Very helpful.

If you are in the lower floors expect the rooms above you to keep you awake at night with their walking around. Especially room 106.

Upgraded to a suite to accommodate my elderly mother. That was really kind. Gave lots of treats and things to make up for the broken elevator. They really went out of their way to make sure we were happy and taken care of.

Loved the location, the apartment was clean and big. The extras were amazing in terms of ice creams and wine and cheese night. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The room being on the 1st floor, didn't have a lot of natural light so felt a bit dark, but we were only there for 2 nights and were out exploring the city so didn't impact us too much.

We loved our stay here, the apartment was a great size, the bed was comfortable, we had a full kitchen, location was perfect and rooftop view was gorgeous. A special mention must be given to the staff working at the property who were so friendly and accommodating, especially Richard. Thank you for making everything so easy

Did not sleep so well, bed was not so comfortable for me.

Excellent location, super friendly staff, cosy suite with a small view on Alcatraz, balcony. Well stocked kitchen. Parking on site, laundry, cookies after 2pm, roof terrace with amazing views. Great Japanese/Korean restaurant on next block down Hyde street.

A tiny niggle was that the bedroom window was internal and sometimes other guests woke us talking outside. They weren’t there more than a few moments or being overly loud or knowingly loud but we were disturbed trying to have a lie in. Nothing to ruin our break over but when jet lagged wasn’t my favourite.

Perfect location. Right by most of the attractions we wanted to see. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious, clean and had all amenities we could need. The roof top deck was a wonderful surprise! What a view! Definitely worth using this aparthotel as a base when in San Francisco.

The sound proofing could have been better. One night we had a family with children above us and you could hear them when they were running around the room. Nothing major and they went to bed early.

The room was perfect. Well equipped with everything we needed. The views from the roof terrace were superb, along with an ideal location, which was walking distance to some of San Francisco’s iconic sights. The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful. And the cookies 🍪 were yummy.

Nothing not to like.

Everything!! Staff behind reception were lovely and friendly and very helpful. Suite was gorgeous, balcony with views of Alcatraz, loved just watching the world go by. Comfortable bed, it was great having a kitchen. Roof top balcony had amazing views towards golden gate bridge and Alcatraz. Really close to fiahermans wharf and the tram station. Car very secure in the garage. We loved our stay here, you won't be disappointed ❤️

such an amazing little gem of a place ! cannot say enough good things about this accommodation staff welcoming and friendly no query too much trouble able to do some laundry which was fabulous suite was spacious and clean and had everything we could possibly want the location was amazing, stone's throw away from Fisherman's Wharf, piers not much further on and beach right on the bus route to golden Gate Bridge right on the tram route going up and over to union square via bombard street absolute amazing roof top terrace with stunning views over the bay from the bridge to Alcatraz and the piers - wow !! honestly best stay ever - if we were lucky enough to return we wouldn't stay anywhere else !!

Exceptionally clean, great facilities, brilliant location within walking distance of fisherman’s wharf and pier 39 but really quiet. Cable car stop right outside the door. Roof top terrace with incredible views. Staff all super helpful

Can’t say there was anything we didn’t like. There is no air conditioner so that might be an issue in Summer but it didn’t affect us.

This property was very clean, had all the amenities we needed, wonderful staff and just a few minutes walk to Fisherman’s Wharf. Ghirardelli was just down the street. Wonder choice of restaurants just a short walk. Trolly car terminus one block away. Would definitely stay here again.
