I brought my 16 year old daughter for a girls trip. There's SO many places to stay and having never been to Palm Springs, I was looking for days trying to find the right place for the right price and this was it! The rooms are like a one bedroom apartment. The bed was VERY comfortable, soft yet supportive. The pool area is beautiful. Not too many people staying here so it was never crowded. The location is great, out of the way but close enough to walk to downtown. The hotel has a historical vibe but updated and decorated adorably! Elvis's two houses, Frank Sinatra's house and other celebrities houses from the past are within blocks of this place. Very cool and I would definitly stay here again! Plus the staff was always personable and helpful!

It’s a newer property and some bugs with fixtures and practices are being “worked out.”

The room was large, smartly styled, and very comfortable. The floor-to-ceiling windows looked out onto the mountains. The pool area was pleasant. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great value. Great spot. Huge room with full kitchen. Staff were lovely. Pool was welcome in the unexpected 35C Feb temps. Tiki bar next door was fun, there’s fab coffee on the corner and lovely local food options close by.

Needs new carpeting

Great place, big rooms. Location was perfect for us. I had a problem with the door code and the manager responded immediately. Free parking, added bonus. Staff was very nice.

A bit run down; scuff marks on doors. No elevator. Requested first floor room...did not happen. All virtual check in...no one to tell you about facilities, town highlights, etc.

About a mile walk to the turndown area but that was fine for us A little crazy communication as we were arriving at 10pm when the front desk locks up for the night, and we were struggling with connectivity in the airport. It was all sorted out in the end.

The location is great and I love the pool and hot tub. The rooms are huge with a full kitchen. We had a balcony facing the mountains which was perfect to hang out on.

Cleanliness of room, rug and bathroom. Unlit external hallway and keypad. Uncomfortable and faded furniture. Poor sound proofing between rooms.

The only reasons I did not rate a 9 or 10 are simple. The shower needs shelves or something to store toiletries on, its a strange thing to miss given the rest of the conveniences in the room. They use a web page for checking in and out, which would be fine if it worked reliably. Staff quickly worked with me to remedy the issue. The balcony was less clean and the chairs a bit beat up. Nothing serious and I would definitely stay again.

Spacious room with cool style, very comfortable bed and furniture, generally well appointed. Staff were helpful and friendly when I had a technical difficulty, and resolved a broken coffee maker quickly. Convenient parking in a great location for exploring the Palm Springs area. I didn't use the pool so cannot speak to that.

Our room wasn’t very clean upon arrival and took a couple of requests to get it up to normal standards. Putting green was unattractive.

The property may be getting a bit worn and is in need of some upgrades. The kitchen counter had been repaired in several places and there were several stains on the carpet and sofa. The bed and pillows are not comfortable in the least (unless you prefer a hard mattress). They have quiet hours from 10 -10, which is nice in theory but they cannot control the noise from the street, or the street workers who like to run power washers at 6:00 am.

The Twist delivers on the mid-century modern vibe. The room was spacious and has a cool decor. The staff are friendly and very responsive. Some of the little extras were appreciated - for example, they included Native brand shampoo and conditioner, which is fantastic, and they have a well equipped kitchen. The jacuzzi is nice and hot and open 24 hours. The location is right on one of the main streets downtown, which is both good and bad.

The rooms could use a deep cleaning. Initially the decor seemed fun and inviting, but upon closer inspection, there were stains on the carpets and the furniture. I found a dirty face mask behind one of the chairs in my sitting area, and candy wrappers behind the sofa. My friend found a dirty disposable contacts case in her bathroom. One of the showers wouldn’t drain properly. The rooms on the ground floor are quite dark and the noise from the 2nd floor comes right through the ceiling.

The location was excellent and the staff were very nice. The rooms were a generous size and it was nice having a kitchenette.

Wish there was a vending machine on property for snacks and drinks.

Great location within a 10-15 minute walk of downtown. Hot tub was hot and good stock of pool towels and toys. Coffee cafe and tiki bar right next door. Free parking. Love having a full kitchen and view of the mountains.
