United StatesWe liked the location. We liked the amount of space our villa had. We enjoyed the swimming pool. Upon checkin, we we're directed to the back to get our parking pass. Unbeknownst to us, this was a sales pitch. We didn't appreciate having to listen to a sales pitch before receiving our parking pass. It was ultimately an underhanded bribe to sit in on a time share presentation, which we declined. Upon arriving in our villa, we noticed a few of the pans were dirty. They had dried up egg residue in them. The beds we hard. The carpet was dirty. The furniture is outdated. The customer service was subpar. I tried calling the front desk from my cell and was placed on hold 4 times. I ended up walking to the front office just to see the clerk talking to a friend of hers that worked at Publix. After I expressed my frustration, she (Shiann) helped me and provided decent service. I had to go back to the front desk the next evening, and spoke with the clerk who happened to be a guy. He was not helpful at all. I requested late checkout for the next day. He told me I had to call in the morning after not even checking to see if it was possible. After I questioned him, another clerk (Shiann) came and assisted me with my late checkout request. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I would hope that Calypso Cay would take customer reviews into consideration regarding improvements they can make to ensure their customers are happy!

United StatesThe only complaint I have and this is probably a water company complaint. The smell of the water was awful. We were afraid to shower but had to pray and go for it daily. We brushed our teeth with bottled water. Please fix the issue if at all possible 😏.
Everything was awesome during our stay. The villa was nice and comfortable. The screened in balcony was an added bonus allowing us to sit and relax without being pestered by bugs. The area was quiet, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed as we only had breakfast there. We had lunch and dinner out each night. We stayed from Wednesday-Sunday and will definitely be staying again in a month or so. Oh. Allow me to add the pool areas were nice, clean and comfortable.

United StatesVery disappointed with this unit compared to the one I had the year previous. Not a great layout and the whole development is definitely looking a little dated. I intend to cook, but there wasn’t even a pot or frying pan in the kitchen. I’d like to come back, but I would have to be Assured it would be in the building. I have previously, much newer and nicer unit.
The location was good proximity to my destination. Staff was very nice as well.

Location was great. Had to walk a little ways to fully use all the activities. No karaoke or much activities going on at this resort. Took a timeshare presentation tour and was treated very rude. The presentation persons kept us way past the 1 1/2 hour time slot we were told it would be. Very pushy and over the top trying to sell us something we did not want. Would never agree to another one of those.

United StatesI didn’t like how noisy it was. You could hear everything, specifically at night., not only from outside but also the hallways, people going up and down the stairs and the upstairs walking was extremely loud. I would never book that same room.
