The beds were very uncomfortable, the pillows were very uncomfortable. Being on the ground floor next to the stairs, we could hear everyone stomping up and down. Also, being by poolside I can hear the music every morning at 9:30 from the pool. After several late nights while my family and I were trying to enjoying our vacation, we were unable to sleep in due to the music. The room served it purpose. But for the price, the room was very outdated and wore out. Other than that, the property was nice.

The extra amenities weren't up and running and the kids activities weren't available on the days we were there. That was the sole reason I booked there.

They tried to charge me $25 for a pack and play because I didnt request it prior to arrival. But everytime I request anything prior to arrival m y requests are not met.

Kitchen faucet sprayed water every where it was kinda funny

We cut our stay short and left the next morning. We didn’t even stay for 12 hours. As soon as we walked in, it had a musky odor. The 3 bedroom villa was dirty and we found pubic hairs on the bed and jacuzzi tub. Had we not checked in so late in the evening, we would’ve left but thankfully there was a washer in our room and I washed the linens and pillow cases. My husband left to buy cleaner and bleach to sanitize the room. The bed was broken and my husband woke up with back pain and a sore neck. The floors were dirty and there evidence of hair and dust on the baseboards. That same night there was a disturbance right in front of our villa around midnight and a woman was yelling “I’m in danger” and was banging on the walls and stairs. We called the front desk to report the disturbance and a security officer showed up to try to deescalate the situation, but the walls are so thin we heard the entire commotion as we were trying to sleep. We booked this room to celebrate our 23rd anniversary and it was disappointing having to walk in to a filthy room and have to do the housekeeping and wash the bed sheets and clean the tub. We left the gallon of cleaner behind.

We cut our stay short and left the next day.

I had already checked out and was home and received a phone call from the staff saying housekeeping had been by and got no answer this is after I returned my key at 10 am and I only live in Winter Haven I was already home
