cashless for payment... i dont really like the idea of paying the room only in credit card or debit and the retention that the hotel do when you pay for the room, it takes 3 or 4 days bussines days to gave it back.... anything else is great

it was a really relax hotel... it is good for scape in a weekend, the rooms are very clean and you cant hear nothing of the noise that is outside, really secure place as well, really closed from downtown.... i will return for sure

The reception staff were not very helpful totally confused my booking and lacked what hotel reception staff need and that of for guests to feel Welcome and appreciated. Thankfully what appeared to be the manager had got the skills his staff have not

Too expensive!! The pet fee was astronomical and there was no complementary breakfast. I felt that I paid too much and really didn’t receive much of anything.

There was a big cockroach in a shower! The guy at the reception desk was not interested at all and didn’t provide any help and was completely unconcerned. Room was small, stuffy and the air was not fresh.

The floors of the room were very dirty (wiped up water from getting out of the shower and the towel was black. The air conditioner is very loud turning off and on which did keep us up at night.

The staff put us in a nice room in the back however there was a pre scheduled exterior painting of walls and doors early the next morning. The painters asked us to move our car very early so that they could put plastic down in the parking lot. That was the first issue. We went to the lobby to eat breakfast and work until our late checkout time (offered to us by the night time staff member) When we went up to our room, the walkway had plastic taped down and all room doors were taped to begin painting and our room key did not work. The painting staff had a master key and they let us in. We complained about the major inconvenience to the front desk and asked why they would have booked us into the back room when they knew it was pre scheduled for painting AND they had several other inner courtyard rooms available. She was very unconcerned and not willing to to offer any compensation for the room. We asked her to reactivate our keys so that we could get the rest of our belongings and after making the walk to the back and up the stairs, they still didn’t work. We were also were concerned that the painting crew, who were not hotel staff, had full access to our room with a master key.

The redesign of an older property was done well. Cool and eclectic.

Small rooms, noisy surroundings (outside construction work and other doors opening and closing came through the walls too easily.)

Room 1104 needs a bit of attention. Toilet paper holder is coming off the wall and someone has broken the security lock off the door. The room we stayed in a week earlier was perfect.

We loved this property so much, we booked it again for our return trip. Great staff, rooms are modern, clean and comfy. Great property and value.

Location wasn’t excellent, next to the freeway but we didn’t notice any noise inside the room at all.

The room is VERY cramped and is simply an updated OLD Motel. Breakfast was not available when we had to leave. In short, the room was worth perhaps $70 per night, not $140+

Great little gem of a motel just off the highway but without the highway noise. Lovely chic decor & vibe. Friendly helpful staff with good eats, sights recommendations. Don’t pass this one up- nice little bar/eats area. Wished we had more time to enjoy. Comfortable bed, very cozy❤️

There were people making noise above us all night. We called the front desk and they said they would handle it but it continued and it was super loud we couldn’t sleep. There was also a bright light outside of our window that shined into our room above the curtain so we couldn’t shut it out. I told the hotel the next morning during checkout and they said they would follow up but never did.

There were several long black hairs throughout my room indicating it hadn’t really been cleaned as well as it should have been. My shower head leaked and there was no water pressure so I was unable to shower.
