Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The beds were terrible. I have stayed a lot of places and several times in Branson. The mattresses here were worse than any place I’ve stayed. My family enjoyed the breakfast and the location was great. Overall, an ok stay.

We stayed here for a short night after Silver Dollar City. I liked that it was a reasonable price, well maintained, and wasn’t too far from our other plans.

The parking is quite hard to navigate up and down. Definitely need flat parking.

The room was dated, and the chair was old, showing signs of being dirty and worn. The bed needed to be replaced, and the TV had a red tone on every channel. This could be a nice place to stay with a few updates, but it wasn’t worth the extra cost for the not-so-updated room.

When we entered our room the shower was never cleaned I had to clean it myself there was used shampoo and conditioner in the shower my room was never cleaned,I have a handicapped child with alot of trash and it was so disappointing to be out all day and come back to a dirty room( again ) when I just checked in dirty there was trash under the bed and trash on the balcony but I am not one to complain and make my trip a bad experience so we go with the flow. We will probably just pick a different destination next time.
Breakfast was good really was hoping for bacon as well and maybe some waffles but I enjoyed it.

The 9th floor was very outdated and run down looking, The pool is small and over crowded also there appears to be Mold growing on the rim of the hot tub and pool. Thick blackish green crud that comes off if you touch it so could possibly just be Not getting cleaned regularly. Basically this “resort” could use a large investment in just sprucing the place up Deep Cleaning and paint would go along way!
Location was very convenient. The executive suite was large and quiet.

First - when we went to check in at 5pm (check in is at 4) our room wasn’t ready …… we were told to go have a drink and our room would be ready in a few minutes; informed the front desk clerk we had a reservation at 6 and we needed to go. We waited 30 minutes- room was STILL not clean so we left . We received a phone call at 7 pm that our room was ready ……. So 3 hours AFTER check in time and AFTER 6 hours of driving - with NO WAY to rest or freshen up before our dinner reservations …….. we were notified that the room was FINALLY ready!!!!! When we went to get our room key, I suggested that we get a discount for it being 3 hours we had to wait to check so they gave us a voucher for $25 for drinks at the bar (which I was charged $10 for!!!!!). We get to our room and the keys wouldn’t work - we were made to believe that it was OUR fault bc we had put them next to our phone or other credit cards. BUT we talked to a few ppl at the bar and amazingly they had the EXACT SAME PROBLEMS WE DID!!!!!! So it wasn’t just us- as we were made to believe!!!!!!! Room was ok but run down - outside of bldg showed wear and tear from things not being repaired or “spruced up” One of the Elevators quit working, one of the lobby doors didn’t work and the housekeeping and maintenance staff had to use SAME ELEVATORS as guests; so it wasn’t a pretty common occurrence to not being able to get on an elevator bc housekeeping had 4-5 huge laundry bags in the elevator. We also discovered that the reason that ppl have to wait 3 hrs after check in time is bc the housekeepers stand around in the hallways talking on their cell phones ……. Went downstairs came back up and they were still on the phone standing in the same place……. We were gone about 30 minutes. There were large trash bags up and down both sides of the halllway making it difficult to get to our room.

The bathroom cleanliness left a little to be desired, as well as the pool area. The hot tub water was discolored brown which was concerning. Also, parking was tricky at times trying to find a spot.
The breakfast was good, the location was convenient.

The only thing we didnt like the bed was uncomfortable.
Friendly staff, family friendly. Was easy to get to. In a great location, was close to everything we planned on doing. Was surprisingly quiet in the room!

Beds are not comfortable, room keys get demagnetized frequently, bathrooms are small like the door barely clears the toilet. Run down we will not stay here again.

Large building, few elevators. Pool area small for the size of the hotel. Upon check-in, staff pushy with “Traditions”. Continued to push me into it after saying “No” 3 times. Very obnoxious when all I wanted was to check-in and get to my room.

We stayed in the Presidential suite. One of the toilets ran constantly. It’s above the pool area and the pool is open until midnight. We could hear everything in our room from pool area. It was very loud and kinda annoying when trying to sleep. The staircase was so wobbly going upstairs that we were cautious of even using steps. The furniture seemed very outdated as well as not what’s expected when staying in the most luxury room offered.

Breakfast room overcrowded. Some couldn’t get in to het breakfast. Meal itself was ok. Checkin took way too long. Fridge is our room had mold. Couldn’t get staff to clean it. Had to do it myself.

Lobby looked more like a ticket sales store than the beautiful interior I expected. It's there under all the posters covering every column in the lobby and the advertising designs on the elevator doors. Our hotel room was not cleaned appropriately. Furniture and mattresses need to be updated.
Exterior of the building is very impressive. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Great location.
