The bed was a little too firm,but some people enjoy firm beds.

For the price you can't beat this hotel, it's cleaner than a lot of big name hotels

I've been trying to contact the hotel because something was left in the room. Neither myself or Booking .com have been able to reach them. And check in and check out was just as bad... It took forever for someone to come and there's no reception area so it's standing outside in the cold.

This was the worst hotel I've stayed in. The reception was through a hole in a plexiglass window from someone that could barely be heard and didn't speak english well. It was akward, confusing and very off-putting. The stairs to the check-in window were crumbling and uneven and I fell. The hotel room was disgusting with visable dirt on the white headboards and greasy handprints on the walls. The room smelled weird. Everything was old and cheap. The neighborhood isn't good and people are always yelling and talking late at night. It was a horrible hotel.

NOTHING. There was honestly, nothing to like about this hotel or the owners. It's sad, but true.

I'm not the one to leave a negative review but this place is dirty. The towels were dirty, the floor was not swept or mopped, and the bed sheets were not changed/ dirty.

The check-in was misreble. You have to stay outside and talk through an tiny window. It was hard to hear and understand the Indian accented owner. It was a very cold and impresonal welcome. The rooms were filthy... black dirt all over white headboards, grimy handprints on the walls, bugs, gross floors, uncomfortable beds, only one pillow for a queen bed. Additionally, the walls are paper thin, there was fighting all night between guests and also someone sleeping with the TV on all night. Showers were terrible.

The location was perfect for my event.

There was a bug crawling on me in bed in the middle of the night, the wash clothes and towels were nasty, my tv didn’t work my entire stay so I had to watch tv on my phone, the bed was very uncomfortable, pillow cases were dirty, shower not clean, smoke free room but room was fused with smoke scent, guests outside late at night making lots of noise, no chair, table or nightstand, no microwave. Manager in the office never picks up phone so when I got off at 7p I went to the office. I’m doing traveling nursing so I really needed to get some sleep because I stay 3 hours away but this place was terrible.

Nothing here to like. Filthy, stains on bed linens. No lamps, cinder block walls, gray, awful. Bath was a dungeon. Sink area so small one person could barely get there. Big hole in bath door. Bedrails filthy

There wasn't anything we didn't like, but if you need a full service hotel with staff and lots of facilities like a spa, pool and restaurant, then this wouldn't be your location. But if you just need to sleep and move on the next day, then the Toccoa Motel would fit all of your needs at a very affordable price.

The motel was very conveniently located in the center of Toccoa and we parked right outside our room. It was very basic lodging but that was reflected in an amazingly low and affordable price. We were only looking for a place to sleep and then move on the next day and the Toccoa Motel was perfect for our needs.

Room reeked of smoke even though they made me sign something not to smoke. The white towels have brown stains. Sheets and comforters were stained.

This room had no power to the bathroom area or sick area. Had to get an extension cord to use a lamp for the bathroom instead of changing rooms to meet my statifcation

Even though the room had supposedly been redone it wasn't that updated in my opinion. Small frig, no microwave & little to no room to maneuver.

Big rooms no microwave . Guest next door faught half the night .I went to tell them after getting a late check out noon I get told anything after 11 was 20. They wasn't worried about what I had went through with the neighbors but the fact that it was noon even though I got a late check out it was a good stay comfortable beds needed the microwave

The fridge popped and banged all night, there are no plug ins near the beds, and the unsolicited wake-up call at 2:30am by a train was horrible.
