Honestly, have no complaints. Everything was immaculate.

Amazing vibe literally the next street over sixth street valet parking available. We pulled up our car. Let the valet take it didn’t even have to worry about it after that. Yes, you do have to pay but amazing experience.

Room a little to small. No table no chairs. The pool is not so great for swimming, at least if other persons use it to. Pretty narrow. Also a bit pricey - but maybe that has to do with the period of time - SXSW

ALL folks at the reception exceptional friendly and helpful. The location was perfect - very close to the SXSW convention centre and around the corner of lively 6th street. Style and vibe - great.

Absolutely brilliant hotel with the friendliest staff! Room was pretty compact but bed was massive and so comfortable! The pool area was cute and we only had to wait maybe 5 mins for a bed to become available Great touch at giving 2 free drinks tokens for the bar, even though we actually forgot to use them! Location is right off 6th Street so if you want party and noise then this is the place for you! Personally we didn't go out around this area but was good to see it!

Dirty clothes from previous guest in the drawer under the closet. U did not like the in room coffee set up. Just a plain old small drip coffee make would be way better than the hot water kettle and the funky tea bag approach that sat on top of the cups. Took a long time to make two cups of coffee.

Our showers were warm at best with one morning being cool-cold for the entirety. And it leaked very badly into the room which was a slipping hazard and messy to clean up. Noise level one night was very bad as techno music sounded like it was being played right outside our music until late but the second night it was significantly more quiet. I do know they had a wedding on the noisy night so we thought maybe that was the cause.

The location of the hotel is great! Within walking distance or quick Uber to everything. Loved the style of the hotel and the lobby was cool and cozy, it made me want to hang out down there. The staff was awesome and super friendly. Our room was small but comfortable and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable! Biggest highlight was the pool and restaurant upstairs. It’s so pretty up there and the food and drinks were delicious! We spent a lot of our stay at the outside bar, inside bar and at the pool and had great experiences at each.

The only thing we could mention (as our stay was so good) is the room was slightly small however this was not something that affected us.

Stunning hotel, perfect location and very accomodating. The staff were so gorgeous, friendly and helpful when we needed to leave our bags on our checkout day.

The room was a touch smaller than I expected and there wasn’t much space to accommodate the suitcase I had with me as an overseas traveller. It never really felt like I could unpack all of the things I needed for my stay due to the size of the room.

Great location in the middle of the action of down town. There’s no shortage of places to eat and drink and there are a lot of local tourist attractions. The front desk staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed having a stand alone shower.

Not sure if it was just our room (king with city view) but it was extremely small. Would be fine for one person but with two it was pretty tight

The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was breakfast at the Grey Market $20 for a very small portion felt over priced for the quality of the food. Would skip and breakfast elsewhere next time.

Ian at front desk was fabulous in accommodating us! All the staff was friendly but the servers on the 4th floor lounge are totally exceptional! These servers & bar tenders literally work their feet off! They are always smiling & friendly! Met Lillie one of the managers who was excellent & helped out when needed! Loved all the kindness at this hotell. Thank you for a memorable get away! Keep the weird! Thanks Austin!
