Everything was exceptional!! Immaculately clean. Beautiful and spacious! Gorgeous ocean views. The hosts were absolutely amazing! Everything was perfection. I’ll definitely be booking again very soon!

The condo was clean and the location was great. Loved watching the military aircraft fly overs and the sunsets.

Very clean. Super quiet. This facility was loaded with everything you could think of. Granite marble countertop and quality appliances, including Whirlpool Duet washer and dryer. Ample towels and bathroom accessories. No contact check-in worked super well. Chris was very accommodating with instructions for check-in

Chris, the property manager was great at making sure we had everything we needed before and after we arrived. The property had a wonderful view. We enjoyed the covered parking , pool, reserved beach chairs and walking distance to many restaurants. Highly recommend

Location is great. Condo is very comfortable. Kitchen is furnished very well. Beds are comfortable. Unit has 3 large tv’s. The owner contacted us to make sure everything was to our liking.

The view from the condo was amazing. Waking up to that view made the trip. The beach was beautiful. The water warm and clear. The beds and couch were very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was great. The owners texted to make sure everything was good and answer any questions. I highly recommend this condo.

I honestly don't think anything could have been better. The property was fantastic. My only improvement would be on the parking at Aqua (which had nothing to do with the room or the owners). Some nights there were people parking with no parking pass and security wasn't having them towed so we would have to move to overflow or pay somewhere else. I expressed my concerns to the parking security and they agreed about having more towed.

EVERYTHING. The owners of this condo were so helpful and communicative from the very beginning. They text me the second I booked the room to tell me what to expect. Anytime there was any type of issue that would come up, they would answer IMMEDIATELY and have it resolved in no time. The room was spacious and clean. Aqua is so close to everything so most nights we walked to where ever we wanted to eat or shop. Lots of great eating places right outside the room!! We loved Sharkys, Shuckums, Diegos, The Back Porch, Angry Tuna and of course so much shopping right at Pier Park!!! Would definitely stay at this room again!!!

We like to recycle and there was no way to do that. otherwise no complaints!

The size of the condo was great for our family. lots of simple amenities that made it like home (such as charging outlets, all kitchen needs, two large bathrooms, huge tvs and games for lazy vacation evenings). it had everything you could need, plus a great view of the gulf. extremely convenient location near plenty of restaurants (we liked everything we tried!) and shopping. beach access was easy. parking was across the street but the sky bridge made this simple and easy. elevators were fast too! we didn’t use the pools but there seemed to be plenty of pool areas to choose from.
