There's no washing machine in the premises, so you have to go to a nearby laundromat that's a little bit far if you don't have a car. There's also no designated lockers, I'm not sure if you ask they might give you one as I saw some out there in the lobby, I didn't ask, but it's something to put in mind and maybe ask the managers beforehand.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The location is very nice (a bus ride away from downtown Miami). Also free parking since it's a residential area.

A slightly less than satisfactory stay. At check in, owner would not allow my friend to stay in the same room as me. While we did book separately, I initially thought it was because my room was full, come to find out I was the only occupant and the other three bunks were empty. Pros: - Convenient area - Safe neighborhood - Budget friendly Cons: - No lockers - Shoddy infrastructure (bathroom door in 204 would not close unless you shimmied it a certain way, door bolts weren’t installed correctly, tile flooring broken, etc.) - Dirty (pillow reeked and smelled unwashed, moldy shower curtain, rusted shower head) - Quiet hours not enforced

Nothing good about it. Very unpleasant accommodation. A lot of my belongings were stolen. My iPhone 16 pro max was stolen early in my stay and I lost connection in us. My computer was also stolen. My freshly washed shoes were dumped on the neighboring property. The people living here are very bad people. This terrible facility should not be listed on Booking.com. I should not be the only victim.

Property has cockroaches, sheets were dirty, bathroom hasn’t been clean, the property over all was a dump. I asked for clean sheets and the host said “you’re only staying for a day”. Proper cleaning and disinfecting is very much needed and prioritized. In addition, the bedroom I stayed had a pungent odor.

The staff, the friendly people from all over the world, and how everyone who made me feel safe and comfortable. This morning I had a few religious people walking by wish me a great and blessed day as I waited for my uber lift to Hollywood Beach. The Boardwalk “Broadwalk” has great restaurants and nightlife, music, especially the concert pavilion outside of Margaritaville Resort. Only a 25 min drive.

I enjoyed the experience and the hospitality of the staff. The owners and management were very attentive to my needs and always checked in with me to be sure I was comfortable, relaxed, and felt safe. They kept the facilities very clean with constant attention to detail. The neighborhood was very residential and the people I met were kind and respectful. Lots of dog walkers, pleasant interaction. They have a couple of kittens that hang out and visit the property greeting everyone who wanted their attention. Cute. One was a on the hunt for small critters, definitely loved the courtyard. They have a hammock to relax under the tropical floral and fauna. Festive lighting. Tiki Umbrella, Nice artwork adorning the walls and courtyard, and patio furniture to chill and enjoy coffee, meals, and take in the sunshine. The ride share transportation was quick and reliable. It was very close to the Design District in Miami (5 minutes away) which I thought to be the coolest and most fun area to explore and shop. Must visit the cafes and nightlife. Seems to me like they are always making improvements throughout the almost two weeks I was there. Nice to see their team are present and care. Greatly appreciated the hospitality and thanks for the memories. I might extend my stay. Actually, I’ve decided to book again now. I want to see more of Miami. Have to hit South Beach. The garbage can you throw dirty toilet paper instead of flushing was full and they did not change it. It was a bit gross because it was full and I didn't want to push it down with my hand. They should have changed it and they should check it more often. Several people used the shower the floor was full of water. There was no towel to wipe down the sink no bath mat and no mop. Those things could be fixed very easily. I'm sure people would mop the floor if they got it wet but there was no mop to be found I looked

Mr Alex was very attentive and nice. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had AC. It made me feel like home. There's a store down the street I got some food and cooked in the kitchen. Really enjoyed my stay..
