We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

We had a first floor room for five nights. Hotel is a good location for exploring the Black hills. The room was clean, over three, and comfortable. Our room had the mini fridge, and there is a microwave and 24-hour coffee and tea in the lobby.

United StatesWe were there at start of sturgis.we were top floor across from elevator.. don't think those rooms are used but for Sturgis you could smell and see the mold in the hallway.. the rooms even had an odor.. time to work on those upper parts before it take over the hole motel and it ends up being a loss.. not sure if it is black mold but can be seen in hall wall and ceiling.
