The only problem we had was that on our last night the water heater went out and we didn’t have hot water. Not a big deal! Staff was great and no one can help when something breaks!

There were some orange ladybugs, some white stuff hanging on the ceiling in the upstairs room (could’ve been styrofoam) also the dryer did not dry anything.

Great location, beds were great and close to all attractions and restaurants.

I'd like to see it new kitchen table, absolutely a new hot tub and at least a single sample pack of complimentary coffee to go with the machine. Other than that this place was just fine, maybe a little better than just fine. Certainly perfectly acceptable.

Overall this was an excellent location, minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge. For all intents and purposes it's a great place to stay. Hot tub was in rough condition, kitchen table was in a similar condition, but the accommodations were acceptable, given the last minute circumstances. I would stay again.

Someone that had stayed there in the past must have fed a racoon cause it was laying by the door and we opened the door it stood on its back legs and reached out like it wanted food. We didn't feed it and it didn't come back but it looked friendly

Air conditioner stopped working on our 2nd day. Service Tech had been to this cabin several times for A/C problems. I don't think this cabin should have been rented out until problems with the A/C unit had been confirmed that it was properly repaired. Unfortunately, I guess that would be kind of hard for Vacasa to know if the repairs were adequate or not. Also their was not enough room upstairs to adequately shoot pool. The resort pool was nice but too small for the size of the resort.

The cabin was clean and just like the pictures.

road noise. the biggest thing I did not like was hearing all the road noise. incidentally we didn’t notice pigeon forge was big with the tuner/car scene and that was a big contributor. Also make sure you don’t leave anything behind, lost and found fee is $25 plus shipping. I left a robe and bathing suit and if they didn’t find it, it would of still cost the $25. showers a bit small but worked fine

we enjoyed the view, the first thing we noticed standing on the porch was the beautiful view! then we get in and I love the cabin look and feel. we had dinner that night with the windows open and enjoyed the view with a breeze. we got to enjoy the hot tubs and pool table, didn’t get a chance for the fire or grill but everything was clean. we didn’t do the white glove test or anything but what we needed to use was all clean and readily available. loved how quick it was to get to gatlinburg and the smokies! we spent most of our time in those towns. close to lots of good dinners and shops! customer service was great when we had trouble with the hot tub and fire place (first time users lol) they got back to us promptly even in the late hours!
