United StatesThe staff was exceptional! The overall stay was great. The only thing I would complain about is that the bathroom door wouldn't shut. We had to put a towel at the bottom of the door to keep it shut. We got stuck by rude people who would let their door slam while going in and out, which I understand the hotel staff can't control, but it was very annoying.

United StatesBlack hair in the shower. No glasses or cups to drink water. No coffee maker or microwave in the room. They brought a coffee maker to the room. But no coffee to use with it. I asked and someone was supposed to check all, but never heard anything

United StatesWe had been put in a room that had a connecting door to another one and there was a lot of banging going on next door. We called. They were putting a crib together. That baby started crying at 5:00 a.m. And kept on crying so we couldn't even enjoy our time off on the way cuz we were up at 5:00 a.m. I just would have thought with a hotel not being so fully booked they could have put them somewhere else and definitely not through a connecting door where you can really hear things going on

United StatesComputer system was not operating properly, that's concerning. Only 1 of 4 employees was even making attempts to alleviate the situation. And for the price you pay , there should have been more options for tv entertainment, that was disappointing. And quite frankly, the breakfast options( for food) , well let's just say fast food that's cold is better. And a lack of more delictable options was, also, very disappointing.
The shower and bed were the most welcomed and inviting attributes.

United StatesThe floor we were on was noisy. People were opening doors like they were having a hard time closing the door. Someone opened and closed their door across the hall 5 times within 45 seconds. Noisy until 1 AM. At Breakfast had delicious looking bagels with a fancy toasting machine. There was no cream cheese at all for the bagels. By the coffee only choice of flavored creamer was Caramel flavor, because they ran out of French Vanilla. Doesn't management know you order 3 times more Vanilla than any other flavor ???
Bed was very comfortable. We liked the modern style of the room and the whole Hotel. The room was simple and effective for our needs. We will probably be staying there again.

United Statesthe room would be ok for one person but not for two. Only one chair. One place to open luggage. If you set it below the tv it will not stay open. If the paper products were any thinner they would be air. The toilet sets to Low for us old folks. Plus a males parts will hang down in the toilet and get dirty.

CanadaI used the front desk three times, check in and out and to ask about wifi. Each time I had to wait as there was no one at the desk. Wifi was confusing and looked like you had to pay, but I was assured by front desk staff that it was free. Once I finally got on it was useless as it was too slow to be useable. Very frustrating and unacceptable. I noticed people working on laptops in the lobby, perhaps that was where high speed was accessible. They put a hold on my credit card of an extra $50 for incidentals. This was our 8th hotel stay this trip and not one other had done that. I requested a receipt for the actual amount on checkout and was told I would be emailed a receipt by booking.com and the amount would be corrected on my credit card within a week.
King room had a walkxin shower. Breakfast was somewhat better than typical at hotels. Real oatmeal instead of instant. Fresh pancakes, egss and sausage.

United StatesThe toilet in room 206 was not emptying properly. I had to lift up the tank lid and mess with the hardware to get the toilet to fill that night . The lighting in the room was dim . Not enough brightness . There was no info about how to connect to the internet in the room nor about the facility.
The property was located near the interstate. It was different that the main entrance faced the interstate so you had to go to what I thought was the back of the building.😀 The staff was great the room was comfortable as was the bed.

United StatesThe water in the sink and shower was cold unless you let it run for well over 5 minutes. They said they are working to fix this problem. Also, the lighting in the room is not adequate, especially for older people.
The hotel is brand new and is very clean. I loved the colorful decor . The blind in our room was like a beautiful painting and was operated by a wall switch. It took us a minute to figure it out but it was not only gorgeous but it blocked the light 100%. We found the beds to be very comfortable.

United StatesCheck in was 3:00. We arrived at 2:40 and was asked to wait or return in an hour because our room wasn’t ready yet. Returned at 3:45 to find 4 cleaning staff members out on smoke break. Told again that our room hasn’t been cleaned yet. At this point I expressed my concern about staff being on break while customers are inconvenienced. The two desk clerks tried to change my reservation to a different room but were unsuccessful. After standing there another 15 minutes or more, we finally decided to play a few games of pool. Around 4:30, our room was finally ready. The hall leading to our room appeared to not have been vacuumed since day one (food crumbs everywhere)! The breakfast buffet is a straight counter which causes a lot of waiting.
Beautiful NEW hotel (Opened week of Oct 7,2024) which still has some kinks to work out. Clean comfortable rooms. Tasty breakfast.

Your breakfast was probably the worse I ever seen . No paper plates. No Jelly for the toast Nothing to put on a bagel Saw the Girl emptying trash after breakfast. Pulled out can was real dirty underneath. She left it didn't sweep it up. Put us in Room 422 I think it was bed was on the floor. Sorry I'm 65 years old. Why would u even do that. We moved to the room across the hall 423. Went to turn up the refrigerator pulled it out to turn it up. Was dirty under it. No Kleenex they were empty. Unisex Bathrooms on 1st floor. No way will I accept that. I've Always been a Holiday inn person. Guess I'll be going back. And the price 160$ for one night plus tax is terrible.

United StatesSmall room. Breakfast very limited at 715am. No milk for cereal. Pancakes had green tint in them. Plastic ware in container food contact side up so everyone was touching other utensils as they gon theirs. Staff was all together at tables and not welcoming guests as they arrived. Poor options for wheelchair users.
