We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe room was tiny, it looked much bigger in the photos. No microwave in the room, the mini fridge was off when we got there and took forever to get cold once on. Tiny trash cans. Had to pay $25 “incase of property damage” bringing the grand total to $279.61 for ONE night!! Still waiting on my $25 to come back into my account after deep cleaning my room before we left just to at least get some of my money back.
The breakfast was good, and the location. The makeup remover wipes in the bathroom and the soaps.

United StatesLiterally everything! The only reason I choose a 1 for the rating is because there's no option for 0! This was by far the worst hotel experience of my life! The front desk lady was incredibly rude, we were given the wrong room, our TV didn't work and nobody knew how to fix it, there's no information stating you need to be over 18 to book a room there posted anywhere in the booking app,, and the pool is much smaller than it appears, among other things. The bedding was stained and the beds were incredibly uncomfortable, I woke up in severe pain every morning! I will NEVER be staying at this place or any in the Hilton chain again!
Nothing about the hotel itself, the area it's in is convenient.

CanadaI wish we figured out the double blind during the night, there was a huge lit up billboard outside our window making it extremely bright while trying to sleep. Was woken up by the police knocking on the neighbours door, a bit unsettling!
