The room wasn’t very comfortable, left feeling tired and sore.

The environment was very modern, the location was quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

The room was tiny, it looked much bigger in the photos. No microwave in the room, the mini fridge was off when we got there and took forever to get cold once on. Tiny trash cans. Had to pay $25 “incase of property damage” bringing the grand total to $279.61 for ONE night!! Still waiting on my $25 to come back into my account after deep cleaning my room before we left just to at least get some of my money back.

The breakfast was good, and the location. The makeup remover wipes in the bathroom and the soaps.

Highway US 131 is in direct proximity to the hotel and is very loud and kept me awake during the night.

Kids running up and down the hallway late and sounded as if they were dragging furniture around in the room directly above ours at 10 pm! Very noisy which made it harder to relax and sleep.

The room is so small there is no where to put your clothes and the worst part is the bed is soooooo uncomfortable that my husband and I had back and neck pain.

While clean, the room was extremely small and certainly not worth the $170 we paid for the night. In addition, the bed squeaked horribly like the springs were rusted. Loud noise every time we rolled over.

AC didn't work, charged 3x for full stay, chlorine is pool was strong make eyes water, TV internet didn't work, not a game room for kids just Foosball and board games.

The bed/pillows were not the most comfortable in my opinion. I realize I paid for a cheaper hotel option, but I did not sleep well because of the lack of comfort.

The staff was very nice. The room was quaint and clean. The breakfast options in the morning was very nice!

Literally everything! The only reason I choose a 1 for the rating is because there's no option for 0! This was by far the worst hotel experience of my life! The front desk lady was incredibly rude, we were given the wrong room, our TV didn't work and nobody knew how to fix it, there's no information stating you need to be over 18 to book a room there posted anywhere in the booking app,, and the pool is much smaller than it appears, among other things. The bedding was stained and the beds were incredibly uncomfortable, I woke up in severe pain every morning! I will NEVER be staying at this place or any in the Hilton chain again!

Nothing about the hotel itself, the area it's in is convenient.

We had no cleaning services and we were there for 4 days!!!!! We were on the 3rd floor and it was rather noisy, a lot of trash left at the elevators!!! Pizza boxes, beer bottles, open food (smelly)

No carpet in the rooms was a pleasant surprise. Initially well stocked on towels.

Breakfast was disappointing, no sausage or bacon and bagel was stale. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED there was no coffee pot in the room! That is obsurd! No hottub and the pool was cold.

I liked that my name was on the TV screen with "welcome.."

Room was smaller than expected. No soap in shower (empty holder). Breakfast lacked any type of fruit.

All appliances in room were new and worked well. Good temperature control on AC, Parking was adequate. Beds comfortable

I wish we figured out the double blind during the night, there was a huge lit up billboard outside our window making it extremely bright while trying to sleep. Was woken up by the police knocking on the neighbours door, a bit unsettling!
