Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room we booked was close to an exit door and at times we heard the door slammed closed. Other than that, our stay was comfortable!
The location is excellent and near additional shopping areas!

I had planned to do some work at the desk but the light/ lamp didn't work.
Having the breakfast was great, and having a variety was good too. The blueberry muffins WERE THE BEST!!!! and having hot coffee and tea 24 hours a day was WONDERFUL!!! THANK YOU so much for having it.

That we didn't stay longer

There is nothing bad to say about this property
I loved the location of the property! The staff were very helpful and were very kind. The property itself was very well kept and clean. The property itself is very unique and displays art very well. The breakfast was very good.

Everything was great. We especially liked the pool. It was warm. All the bath products provided were so good, I found and ordered the same brand for use at home. Breakfast was delicious. Hot fresh pancakes were our favorite.

We stayed on two separate dates. This location was half way to our destination and return home. The second night the floor was dirty and made our bare feet black. Otherwise it was a great hotel and would stay again.

Breakfast was very convient, I had coffee and a muffin, but they had scrambled eggs, sausage, a pancake machine that looked like fun for the kids, juices, bagels, toast, cereals.

Too expensive and not much to do in Georgetown
The hotel was fine. Room was small. Wasn't much to do in Georgetown. The price paid for 2 nights was over $500 which I'm confused about because I believe booked the room for less than $150 a night. Needless to say we only stayed 1 night and booked a room near Rehoboth beach for less money and a lot more to see and do

Room was a bit on the smaller side and didn’t have much space to eat as a family of 4. There was a desk and chair but no table or microwave.
Everything was super clean. The bed itself, the linens and pillows were extremely soft and comfortable! Like to the point that I looked up the brand and am purchasing them for my own bed. Staff was super friendly and interacted with us even when they didn’t have to. Indoor pool was great and gave us something to occupy the kids as we were staying here while our home was being repaired/remodeled for a few days. Again, everything was super clean including the pool bathroom. Breakfast was top notch and had plenty of different options, including a pancake maker with the wave of your hand! Both the kids and myself were highly impressed. Would definitely stay here again!

Staff was underwhelming. They had trouble finding both my sisters and I’s reservation and acted like we really hadn’t booked a room like they didn’t believe us. Eventually they found it though. King rooms are very tight.
Very clean and modern and up to date. Facilities were nice. Breakfast was good.
