United StatesEvery morning breakfast was chaos! Pancake machine did not work 50% of the time! Food was always running out and staff was not friendly to ask to assistance! Garbage was left in the hallway while housekeeping was working nearby and not picked up when they were done! Last morning there at 750ish fire alarms went off in the rooms when we got down to the first floor staff was laughing about everyone going down due to burnt toast!
Room was very clean! The bed was comfy! Easy access to what our family was down in the area to do!

United StatesThe wooden floors made it so I heard everything through the night. Every door that closed in the hallway, my neighbors to the room next to me talking, and every step of the people on the floor above me. It was so annoying and made it impossible to get quality sleep. The bed was comfy, but the pillows sucked! I know that’s a personal preference though.
Staff was very nice, loved late check out, the shower was big and nice, and everything was clean.

United StatesBooking.com charged me before I checked in via my cash app. The charge went through. I requested this. To pay before I checked in. When I got to true in Lehi she said that she had to charge me again. She charged me more than booking did. And then she charged me a second additional fee which she said would be reimbursed and it hasn't been. I'm very upset.

United StatesThe soap and shampoo dispensers were disgustingly dirty. The soap in the shower was especially bad. The bottle dropped off the dispenser when I was dispensing the soap and it was brown all over inside. Not a good feeling when you use the soap and it chimes out of a dirty dispenser. The rest of the room seemed clean, but the soap ruined an otherwise good stay for me.

United StatesSadly, our room had no black out curtain so we had the light of the parking lot glaring at us all night. The staff gave us an extra blanket for us to try and block it out but it didn’t do much. They said, unfortunately the motor had broken on that and they were waiting for the replacement. We should have requested a new room but we had already gotten comfortable. Sadly, the noise level was awful. There was a young girls soccer team staying on the same floor and we heard them running down the hall well until after 11:30. So the combination of loud noise and way too bright a room made for very uncomfortable nights sleeps.
The breakfast was fine. Pretty typical for a hotel breakfast but the whipped cream and toppings for the pancakes was a nice touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

United StatesThe bathroom was kinda gross- mold in the shower and urine stains on the wall by the toilet. The towels were rough and small, the bed linens were very thin- no comforter to keep warm, and the pillows were thin and offered no support. We've stayed at this chain several other times in other locations, so we felt pretty confident that we'd have the same comfortable experience as before. We were sadly disappointed this time around.
