The Fridge and Kettle in the bathroom where there was more than enough room to be in the main bedroom, not a problem but never had a kettle in a bathroom.

We loved the location as it was 1 minute from the main old town street. Staff were amazing. Room was perfect and very comforatable. 10/10

The hotel and the grounds are impeccable. The pool was clean. The water was comfortable. The rooms were large. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was large. We had a king suite. We had daily made service with an abundance of bath towels, and pool towels. The design of the resort is very unique with with staircase is connecting the buildings making it very convenient to get around the resort easily. I didn’t partake in the continental breakfast, but the coffee was a little disappointing. Fortunately, the Key West Cuban coffee shop was a few doors down. In walking distance from everything so very centrally located. When our flight was canceled, we were able to get an extra night at a discounted rate. Will definitely return it and highly recommend.

The staff seemed happy & willing to help in anyway! Very pleasant & friendly. The breakfast was adequate, but nothing homemade. No fresh fruit, just yogurt, meats or anything that requires effort. The ladies serving were lovely! The happy hour around the gorgeous garden & pool was great including the bartender!

Walking through the bathroom to get into the room was not ideal. Very weird layout especially when traveling with family. Bed were very small and only one tiny closet in the bathroom to put clothes. Also, no beach towels were available even though we were told there would be some. The cabana person on the beach told us to go buy some. Not ideal.

We loved the style of the hotel and the rooftop pool area was amazing although we didn't use it. Great location, not as noisy as I expected even with Spring break happening all around.

A bit pricey at $500 per night. Their breakfast area was nice but the food was not really that great. All they had to offer was bread (bagels, toast, etc), coffee (which was good), yogurt (which was not good), and cereal (just 2 types raisin bran and corn flakes). My daughter and I could not eat anything due to dietary restrictions and personal preferences. The only real complaint I have was about one of the beds in our room. It felt like the inner springs or whatever provides support to the outer edge of the mattress was broken. It was really uncomfortable to sleep in but we managed and did not report it to the management because we felt there was not much they could do without moving rooms which we did not want to do on such a short stay.

We LOVED the location, very centrally located. The room was nicely decorated. The shower was amazing. They have beautiful outdoor areas, lots of extra seating. The breakfast area was nice.

Great location! Easy access in walking distance to all of old city attractions. The staff is wonderful! Extremely accommodating, professional and knowledgeable. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool area is relaxing. I highly recommend the Truman Hotel in Key West.

The first floor rooms can be noisy if the upstairs guests are walking around. I would recommend a second floor room.

Beautiful hotel close to DuVall street and all other attractions. Very clean, 24 hour manned desk, heated pool, complimentary continental breakfast and wine in evenings. Daily room service.

Our room had a window right on the street in vanity area. First floor. Not enough privacy with the style blinds they had on the window. We also were lucky to have quiet guests around our room however it was not very sound proof as we could hear people walking above us.
